No stars. We ordered from here today and I called to notify them that they messed up my order as they put veggies on that I am allergic to, they stated that they would send me a new salad in 45 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes passed and I received nothing, I called back and the guy said that they tried calling our office back and it said the number was out of service, they said they were calling to make sure I wanted lettuce in my salad, rather then just delivering the salad I had ordered they decided to be smart asses. We regularly order from here and nearly every time we have to call back as they are missing things from our order or they screw up the order completely. Normally the food tastes good but this time chicken souvlaki was so drenched in sauce that the pita and lettuce was soggy and not edible. I am not sure if there is new staff there but the service is clearly not customer based. Hopefully no one keels over and dies from having an allergic reaction there, clearly they do not care about customer service and satisfaction. Our office will no longer be ordering from here and I will spread the word of the terrible service we received today. I have been a customer for over 15 years it's sad to see this business go so far down hill.

*READ BEFORE PURCHASING*Please be careful ordering from this place. I’m being kind when I say they are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. My order was sent completely wrong (at no fault of my own) and I was given no apologies, no customer service and no help.These people are completely ruthless and greedy when it comes to money and have no regard for customer service policy and procedure. No solutions for their own mistakes!!!!!!!!!!If you do order please make sure you repeat your order 47 times to ensure it’s correct and you’re actually being heard and listened to….If you do not you will receive no compensation for the hard earned money you spent at this place it’s an absolute wreck and I cannot believe the service is still accepted by the community at this point. Management needs to rethink everything from hiring staff and policy and procedures!Complete joke be careful

Foods great everytime. Good prices. Friendly staff. Interior a bit out dated. Been coming here since I was a kid, even though I think it's changed owners once or twice since then, it's always remained good.

Best steak and cheese gyro/chicken delight gyro/ greek salad in windsor. Their fries are also good! They add seasoning salt on it and it's rly good. They're clean and quick and always consistently delicious.

This place is king for portion sizes. I usually get a large box of gyro poutine which is absolutely delicious - has some of the best cheese I’ve ever tasted - and easily lasts two meals. Prices are quite good and they do delivery for a reasonable charge.

Extremely rude. Yelled at me on the phone because I was talking too long to say my order when I had barely had a chance to get a word in. He said he was busy so it felt like he was intentionally trying to drive away orders. Definitely worked, good for him.

We meant to go somewhere else but it was closed and stopped here instead, and I'm really glad. Best spinach pie I've ever had, and the grape leaves were very good, gyros delicious.

The food was delicious and well presented on the plate. The two gentlemen were friendly and very accommodating. Lots of pick up orders in play but not disturbing for the eat in customers. Modest furniture and very clean establishment. My new go to place!!
