Chartwell Meadowbrook Retirement Community

My Mom stays at Meadowbrook, and she loves it! She loves her suite, she doesn't worry about doing groceries or cooking. She has friends and events to go to. All under the same roof. As for me, I have peace of mind, as I know, there's always someone there to help her out, if she needs it. As for staff, they are great, they make everyone, clients and families, feel comfortable and happy. My thanks to them.

Our Mom moved into the Meadowbrook apartments in Fall 2019. On our initial visit, there was live music in the lounge, the bar was open and people were dancing, with and without walkers. We ate in the dining room. The food and service were very good. Our first impressions were of happy, active, engaged seniors.Meadowbrook is a modern, clean, well maintained facility. The Senior Management team and staff under the direction of Manager Jody Lamothe have always been receptive and responsive to our questions and requests. The residents we have met and the staff are pleasant, kind and helpful.The infection control practices have always been excellent. We would like to thank the Meadowbrook team for their tireless work and efforts during the past 3 difficult years in trying to keep the residents healthy.Our Mom enjoys being part of the Meadowbrook community.

My mother recently moved to meadow brook. The staff are all very kind and helpful. One staff member in particular named Lindsey has gone above and beyond to make our mothers transition to assisted living a positive experience for all of us. She has answered every question and is always there to get us any help or information we may need. Thank you for your bubbly personality and kind ways you deal with everyone

I can’t say enough about the facility. It is the staff that makes this retirement home spectacular. The resident care is beyond our expectations manly due to Lyndsey’s compassion and dedication to her job! Our loved one is living her best life .

I really like living at meadowbrook. I really like the staff. The nursing staff go above and beyond, always have an ear to listen and help especially Lyndsey the manager of the care department. She is always available and makes time for you. I have lived here for a few months and highly recommend living here.

Mum enjoys the staff and fellow residents at Meadowbrook. She was reluctant to move out of her own home, but her new community has been truly a lifesaver! Lyndsey and Julie in Health and Wellness have been wonderfully watchful and helpful with 100 year old Mum's health needs. All the staff are very friendly and attentive; it's nice to see some newer employees learning from the experienced ones. Seniors are valued, respected, and loved! Thank you Meadowbrook!

Meadow room is simply an oasis in the middle of a desert. My mother has a pet and one of the biggest concerns she had was keeping the pet with which Meadowbrook accommodated without hesitation. Her life is full with a plethora of events, activities, preferred socialized communities and staff that embraces the residents with an open mind and heart . The health care nurse, Lyndsey Wheeldon, takes away the fear family may have for any retired individual that may choose to reside within the Meadowbrook facility. Lyndsey Wheeldon actually directed my brother who is POA for my mother to the facility with calming and satisfying informative discussion and tour. Knowing my mothers medical issues are now being watched over and cared for with by Lyndsey Wheeldon is like simply having mom living with one of my siblings. I so believe that a continuous calming and compassionate interaction with a new resident that may be missing their home and aged routine is essential which I know Lyndsey Wheeldon provides personally and with her staff. If anyone out there is considering a place of residence, well the medical being watched over by Lyndsey Wheeldon and the social physical and a mental well being that all of us want for our loved ones then Meadowbrook in Lively, which is just on the outskirts of Sudbury should be, as they say “ the one stop shop “!!

Amazing staff!! Lindsey, the nurse and Emily, admissions are top shelf ensuring all needs are addressed making the transition for my parents and I a breeze. Thanks so much for all you do for our lived ones. ❤️Scott

My thanks go out to Lyndsey Routiainen and all of the staff. They are hard working and very pleasant people with a lot of responsibility on their shoulders. They create a culture at the Meadowbrook community that focuses on the well being of their residents, both physical and mental. It relieves me that my mother resides there. Thank you all.
