Salon Solis- Toronto’s best hair salon .

They are the best! It was my first time at Salon Solis yesterday and I am extremely happy with the outcome of my highlights. Dino is a blonde hair GENIUS. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Now I understand why they are called Toronto's best hair salon" and have such an amazing reputation with doing the best blonde hair! I have finally found my forever salon."

Excellent results & fantastic experience.This was my first time here, and I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted immediately by such friendly & warm staff. They have a full out, proper espresso bar (this is KEY when you are spending 3-5 hours in a salon). Dino did my hair, we went BLONDE-blonde and he was able to not only achieve incredible results (for one session) with minimal damage, he gave me the results of 2-3 sessions in one sitting. I love how my hair came out and I loved the experience. I even left with some Olaplex products that were a better price than my beauty supply plug.I would especially recommend Salon Solis to hair beginners who are nervous and don't know how to explain exactly what they want, because Dino & his team will know for you.

Bettina did such a great job with my hair! I got a full head of blonde highlights and a trim, and I am so happy with how it turned out. She took her time and was very attentive to all the little details. She continued to check in with me at every step to make sure I was happy with the results. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return!

Ernesto's work is phenomenal! He's been my go-to hairstylist in the city and your search ends here because the way he cuts and styles hair is true artistry; shapes and contours my face and effortlessly follows the flow of my hair. I always leave feeling brand new and like a million bucks! Highly recommend!

I visited Salon Solis for my first haircut in about 3 years, and it was the best haircut I've ever had! I have very fine hair, but a LOT of it, and Ernesto immediately understood what techniques he needed to use to achieve what would make my hair look best. Now my hair is light, voluminous, and so easy to manage. I can't tell you how many compliments I've received! I intentionally waited about a month to post this review, because even though I absolutely loved my hair right away, I wanted to see whether I would feel the same after it had settled a bit. Ernesto has been my hair stylist for a year now and I can honestly say that the long search for the best stylist was well worth it. Ernesto is the best stylist I have come by as I’ve combed through a number of highly acclaimed and rated stylists in NYC, Toronto and London. I absolutely see how he is ranked Toronto’s #1 hairstylist. He is truly extraordinary talent and a rare gem. I have been in awe of his passion and steadfast commitment to making his clients look beautiful and feel their very best. His ability to transform hair from thick, dull and shapeless to effortlessly sexy and luxurious is remarkable, bringing out your best features. I have thick long hair and after seeing Ernesto, my cut keeps its shape and movement for over 4 months, I don’t know how he does it! Beyond his incredible talent, he is a very kind, patient, thoughtful and customer centric stylist, taking time to understand what I’m looking for and working with me to achieve the desired end result, and I’ve got to say, everytime, he surprises me with an end result that looks even more beautiful than the pics I show him. He works with your face, your lifestyle and your needs and literally creates a masterpiece every time. I live in the US and make the trip to Toronto to see Ernesto as much as I can. Long overdue review from me. Not many hair salons like Solis left. Coming out of some of the most prestigious salons in the city, Ernesto and Dino have been in the business for 2 decades now and their skills show. So many stylists can make you look good for a few hours. With Ernesto, my cuts are always low maintenance and just grow out beeeaaaautifully. If that isn't the mark of a top stylist, I don't know what is. I'm kind of glad they're on the second floor since it's hard enough to book them as it is!

I had just recently moved to Toronto and really wanted to change up my hair style. I have never dyed my hair, it's boring, brown, long and I just needed a little change up. I came in and had an appointment with both master stylists with an idea of what I wanted to do. Both Dino and Ernesto took the time to sit down and discuss with me my type of hair, how we would achieve the look together, and were both super professional and informative the whole time I was there. Dino was very particular in the way he chose to start my colour process, and Ernesto cut my hair like Picasso would create art. I was blown away by the service, all of the staff (including Melissa who was absolutely wonderful, and assisted with toner and washing) from top to bottom this place checks off everything on the list. I will be a forever client, I highly recommend and will be back again soon. Thank you Salon Solis :)

Salon Solis is a little gem right by Yonge subway station. My friends and I were the lucky recipients of a braiding appointment by the lovely Bettina. Not only was she fast and efficient at getting our hair done, she also gave me a recommendation for my hair as it's super straight. (Added bonus, she gave me a recommendation about a restaurant to try!). I highly recommend her for all your styling needs. Not only a personable lady but very professional too! We were all so happy with our new hairstyles!

Everyone I met at salon solis is really nice and makes you feel at ease. I had never had my hair colored at a salon before and I didn't have any idea what I was doing.
