An instructor hired an employee of mine from a Residential Landscape Technician class I payed to send her to. Offered her more money than she was being payed. This is a gross conflict of interest and wouldn't recommend sending employees to the program if you don't want them being poached by the instructors.

Please mail those grades/transcripts out to your Grads so they can actually get a job based on the certificate they earned through your education facility! Waiting a month now and they can't get interviews without them!

MOA program I took was overall great but not all the instructors had educator background which was kind of ridiculous (one of the instructors was previous student and has never taught courses properly). I tried to contact school supervisor and instructor to get a help regarding a job search, I couldn't reach them at all. I was not expecting a lifetime support or anything, but at least if the previous student tried to contact many times, at least they should try to respond.

north Burnaby adult learning school are very disorganized, disrespectful and their teacher are very rude. the school does not have even simple things such as washroom or macrovive. they are really rude especially if you are international student. I strongly did not recommend this school to anyone. thanks

I was unable to make the rest of my Spanish classes do to an unexpected family issue where I had to leave the country. I reached out a few times to ask them to consider refunding me and didn't even get a response. Disappointing.
