Staff was friendly when I bought some new boots. After one ride had a warranty issue instead of giving me the run around or sending then in etc. Manager let me exchange the boots.

FXR mayfield is a great place to go if you need mono suits , helmets & more they even have lifestyle wear! The fxr leggings are so comfortable comparatively to lulu lemon !The store is always so clean & customer service is amazing ! Very helpful and patient staff. My daughter was there for 2hrs trying on differnt jackets, pants and helmets to get the proper fit and look she was after. Great sellection and atmosphere. We will be back for more next year for sure.

Bought new skidoo gear yesterday. Took the tags & plastic wrap off my helmet only to find out my view was distorted. Called them this morning & they had no problems giving me a full refund. Ended up buying a different model of the same helmet & had zero distortion issues. The service I received both days was absolutely amazing & I would highly recommend this store to everyone!

I cant say enough positive things about these guys. I had an issue with a monosuit and it was past warranty and they were able to work with me and they got everything sorted; even going so far as to order another one. I was happy enough with their service and help that I bought a set of bibs! Great customer service and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend them for winter outdoor sport needs!!
