Wonderful experience. First time trying tapas and did not disappoint. Also we appreciated the fact that they took us without prior reservation which is really rare to get in any of restaurants in the island during summer busy season.

An outstanding restaurant. The owner is engaged, friendly, and a wonderful host. I had the octopus, the roasted leeks, and the patatas bravas, and all were tremendous. The Spanish margarita was a unique and delicious twist on the classic, and the wine selection was perfect - comprehensive, but not so overpopulated as to leave you unsure what to choose. I would recommend Barcelona Tapas to anyone visiting Bowen Island!

we had such a lovely experience here! The owner responded to our email reservation request very quickly, and greeted us the next day when we arrived. We had the fried eggplant in honey, which was absolutely delicious. My husband hates eggplant and loved this dish. We also had the chorizo, prawns, patatas bravas, and bread as well. Everything came quickly and was full of flavour. The owner kept checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. Sangria was delicious also. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends. A+

Pleasant dinner!Delicate yummy food!Each tapas is tasty on its own, yet never overshadows the next one.House sangria is indeed amazing.I forgot to take photos of the prawns, and the tuna ceviche.

Serving spanish tapas, so many to choose from, and all prepared to excellent taste and flavour. We enjoyed 6 dishes which all amazed us. The selection of wines, and desserts were also a nice selection of Spanish taste. Bon appétit!

Sergio and Enrique were amazing. They were on top of the table. It's expensive but the sunset and food is amazing. Love the asparagus and potato salad. It's like grandma makes.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. It was super busy as soon as the restaurant opened at 5pm so I recommend making reservations in advance.The egg noodles with seafood and squid ink was by far our favourite dish, so I highly recommend ordering that! I personally did not like the pork belly dish as it was pretty dry and bland. Everything else was delicious.

Everything ordered was great! And the wine paired well with the dishes! I couldn’t find it on the menu so I think they were testing this dish, it’s a bone marrow with chimichurri sauce, it was delicious!

Can not write a review on the food, drink, and service because when I stopped by they haven't opened. This place is only open for dinner.From the look of it, it has indoor and out seating. The vibes of the place might be relatively romantic.The menu seems to be very broad! I do hope my next visit, I will have an opportunity to dine with them.I will update my review after I dine with them as for now, this is my review. Lol
