The staff are really friendly, the store was nice and well kept. I wasn’t a fan of cats in the open around the store as I’m quite allergic to them but it’s a pet store I suppose? So I just got in and got my stuff and got out. I do feel like they could maybe use their store size to their advantage a bit more and carry some more other brands. It seemed there was quite a lot of space left.

Attendee this location today. They are doing a large renovation and will not allow customers into the store, you need to tell them what you want and they will get it for you. Also, large dumpsters out front where they are throwing away most of their shelving, including half sheets of sanded 5x8 plywood. These sheets are currently about 80$ each. Its such a shame that they do not donate these items or sell them and donate the funds to a charity. I will not shop at a store that publicly says they are sustainable and care about the environment and then just dispose of perfectly fine items into the landfill.

After calling 4 other places looking for an XXL sized kennel, this was the only place that had them! I'm sad I forgot the girls name but the associate went above and beyond calling her superior to double check it was the right product. She even gave me personalized treat samples for my two pups (one being allergic to chicken) to enjoy for when I got home. Everything I saw was very reasonably priced, infact I will probably shop here now instead of petsmart! 10/10 recommend.

Great selection of food and toys and everything you need. Definitely pricey, but the employees are very helpful and friendly. Big store, lots of space to distance, and few free sample treats if you bring your doggo with you!
