Fantastic service, great prices. Took my rear Mtn Bike wheel in because the rim and cassette had seen better days. Mr Tran had the new rim and cassette mounted on my old tire in literally minutes. Outstanding customer experience, would not go anywhere else . Thank you Mr TranI appreciate it very much.

I got a flat tire on my new electric mountain bike. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I got here. The owner/mechanic is a very experienced, very friendly, and very knowledgeable person. I watched as he immediately got to work on the problem, found the cause, and replaced my inner tube. He fixed a couple of other small things that he found before they became issues, too. The other workers in the shop, his wife and son (I assume), were great, too. His prices were also more than fair. I highly recommend this shop as a go-to for your bike needs.

I had a great experience working with Dao yesterday to get my bike fixed and optimized. He's very professional, personable, and easy to deal with. Thanks for the great customer service!... … approx. 15 minutes of riding my Mercedes - Smart Electric bike, the drive belt snapped in half. Dao worked on exactly this area... He had worked on my rear tire assembly and front tire tube replacement. I was extremely frustrated when this occurred cause I had to walk this bike home. however im pretty confident that he will make this right and fix the problem he created promptly.

Quoted $5 for a service, picked up bike, was told it was $8 because they decided to also oil my chain. I didn’t ask for that, and they were really pushy for the extra few bucks. Eventually they relented, but not a great experience.They may tack on extra service, and charge you for it.Edit: My bike chain is more grease than it is chain.The point is, please don’t go ahead with a service that a customer didn’t ask for and then insist they pay for it. That’s bad business. Consent is key.

Dao and his wife provide excellent customer service at an extremely affordable price. We were quoted 10 days at a different bike shop for an issue that we were having to even get looked at. We called Dao, brought the bike in, and were returned with the problem fixed all within a few hours.A few days later we needed a rear derailleur replaced. Dao ordered the new part which arrived the next day and had it back to us by mid-afternoon with the bike shifting perfectly!I would highly recommend Abby Bike Shop to anyone needing any sort of repairs done or wanting upgrades installed. Dao fixed two problems and ordered a part in less time than another local shop would have taken to even look at the bike, at an extremely affordable price. And all with friendly smiles on their faces!

Super friendly,family owned business, owner was amazingly kind.I was quoted $80 for a tire repair on my Ebike , it took an hr less then quoted and was $10 cheaper. Ontop of that the owner fixed my chain for free and was super knowledgeable.. I would highly recommend for EbIke repair of any sort...
