I had the pleasure of working with the Hucklberry Wedding adn Event Planning team and I can not express how amazing they were.I was not only doing a destination wedding as most of my friends and family are in another state but also a covid bride". So due to that I ended up 1) postponing my wedding and 2) eloping during the original date. Kate and Callie were truly the best during this process. They kept me on track

As part of our dreams to have an incredible destination wedding experience among the mountains of Glacier National Park, we were on the lookout for a fantastic, hard-working and warm wedding planning team. With the wedding now a memory, we no doubt were connected with the team that was meant to be! Kate and the team at Huckleberry Wedding & Event Planning!It’s hard to believe now that our wedding planning activities started nearly one year ago. From our first virtual meeting, and all through each of the periodic touchpoints and to the wedding day itself, Kate and the Huckleberry team proved to be the most organized, creative, understanding and warm-natured planners, of whom we now consider our friends! For us, the two key expectations that helped to keep everything together, was exceptional communication and the ability to take our thoughts and wants and run with their own creativity. And there is no doubt that the Huckleberry team completely exceeded these expectations!From a communication perspective, Kate was exceptional, very organized for each meeting and touchpoint, providing pre-meeting emails setting expectations of and anything we needed to think through and follow up from our side. This helped us to stay calm and confident and not get overwhelmed with all the wedding activities to work through. Also, given the unique year of 2020, Kate was also keeping us in understanding of any new closings or restrictions that we would need to be aware of.From a creativity perspective, Kate was also incredibly talented at seeking and gaining an understanding of us, our likes and dislikes and being able to run with our ideas and turn it into something to make great, lasting memories. Whether it be great touchpoints, Pinterest board ideas, or drawing out her own renditions of layouts, it all came together even better than imagined! The greatest example of her showing her creative experience and being able to truly pivot to other plans was on our actual wedding day. The afternoon of our wedding day ended up being very rainy. The location of our ceremony was planned to be at the Apgar Amphitheater within the park. However, with all of the rain, it would have been a great challenge for setup and being halfway comfortable for the wedding party. At the very last minute, Kate and team moved the ceremony within the trees nearby the amphitheater along with all the flowers, props and other items. We both immediately fell in love with this change as it felt so intimate and absolutely beautiful. Best of all, we never felt anxious or uncomfortable with these changes as she kept us emotionally calm and excited!To sum it up, we truly could not have had a better experience for one of the most important days of our lives. We will always consider Kate and her team incredible planners, but even more, great friends!

Katie and Callie are the sweetest, most creative duo you could ask for to plan your wedding! They worked so well with our budget to make sure we were comfortable at the end of the day with what we were spending but also loved the style and aesthetics! I couldn't recommend these two more. If you're in the Flathead Valley and need a wedding planner, they are amazing and very reasonably priced. Love them!

Kate was recommended to me by my photographer. My husband and I are from Louisville and eloped in Montana in January and wanted a small dinner after our ceremony. There ended up being a few bumps in the road along the way, but thanks to Kate everything ended up being even better than we could have imagined. Everything from sunrise to sunset was absolutely perfect and a dream come true and she’s a big reason why. If you’re eloping in Montana I highly recommend Kate. It really was the best day ever.

Kate was amazing to work with for planning my wedding! My wedding was out of state for me so I needed all the help I could get for planning. Kate was with my husband and I every step of the way from our first meeting until the end of our wedding night. She assisted us in getting all of our vendors booked and was so organized throughout the entire process. She helped ensure our wedding day went smoothly so we could enjoy every moment of it. I couldn’t recommend Kate and Callie enough!!

I hired Kate to help with the styling of my micro wedding and she went beyond my wildest dreams to make everything I wanted come true. Kate has amazing vision, is calm, and listened to everything I was hoping for and she delivered on every single thing and then some. Even my family members commented on what an amazing decision Kate was for our wedding.On top of that a few months before my wedding my venue cancelled and Kate sat through some very long panicked phone calls with me. She was calm and honest and never let me settle on my vision - even when I considered it. My wedding would not have been even a quarter of what it was without Kate. If I would redo my wedding, I wouldn't do it without Kate!
