I've been buying toner cartridges for years from George for my laser printers. Always satisfied with the product and George's service. Price is great too!

I had a very poor interaction with George. He was friendly at first, but at the first sign of an issue became aggressive and accusatory and seemed very reluctant to take responsibility. I ended up going with another Canadian toner company instead which provided better customer service.

I've had a completely TERRIBLE experience along with feeling ripped with Sprint Toner Cartridges. I ended up with a defective toner, no a “warranty” on it – I basically paid for a blotchy, streaky toner. They advertise excellent quality products along with 100% quality satisfaction guaranteed, 2-year shelf life, and a 1-Year warranty on the Lexmark MS610de toner we bought from them – which is not the case at all. I got the toner: it was an aftermarket toner and all our documents came out with horrifying blotches, spreading of the ink and streaks everywhere. We tried printing a more documents in hopes that this was only a temporary problem but the problem persisted until I switched to an OEM one and lasted for about 8 months as I purchased a high capacity one– which is clearly a proof that their product is defective, nor does it live up to any of the standards Sprint Toner Cartridges claims.We contacted George Street, the owner of Sprint Toner Cartridge after who straight up told us that we “have not followed the instructions”, and then pointed to their refunds/adjustments policies. He then proceeded to tell us that he will not do anything and when we told George that we will dispute with Amazon (we bought it off his Amazon store), George’s reply to us was nothing close to the friendly or professional service Sprint Toner Cartridges claims they provide.George kept pushing on his 60 day refunds and adjustment and put the blame in our hands that we did not check or contact him regarding our defective toner earlier. We contacted him within 1-Year of purchasing the cartridge so it should be covered under his 1-Year warranty but he blatantly ignored our request for a warranty on the defective cartridge that he sold.After we received the toner an auto message said:(Sprint Toner is a One Man CANADIAN Operation and my customers satisfaction means a great deal to me, so if you have a problems or concerns, PLEASE give me an opportunity to resolve any issues you may have.As well Positive Comments 4 or 5 on Amazon, (I am penalized if giving a rating of 3 or less), mean a great deal to a Small firm, which is competing against many large companies)So no one to deal with other than George who don’t care after he gets your money.Bottom line: In the end we did not get a “warranty” on the defective toner. Do not fall for all the good reviews or on all the promises Sprint Toner Cartridges claims. This company and their products are not trustworthy nor do they live up to the quality or standards they claim. Save yourself the hassle, you are better off buying OEM toners or another supplier as they live up to the quality, have better business practices and customer service.

I had a hard time finding the location tucked around back, BUT....The friendly service and amazing prices spoke for themselves and I was on my way in no time with TRIPLE my toner cartridges for the same price I was going to pay for ONE cartridge at Staples.Highly recommended!

He has had sufficient time to respond to my emails, he does not stand behind his Chinese products. Very disappointed in this business. You think he would try and keep customer satisfied being how many good cartridge outfits there are around. Pay a little more and get your monies worth and fair treatment.

Have always had great customer service from George and his prices and products have always been great. Using him for a couple years now and been very happy.

Purchased a toner, basically buy one get one free on price, printed one sheet came up error, error wouldn't clear, put other new cartridge same, called for support, lol same headaches as previous reviewers, spend the extra money and buy manufacturer toner
