The sales people were great. Great service and knowledgeable staff. They offered me the best option for replacing my phone. By the time I left the store my phone was ready to go. All my data and apps were loaded to the new phone, and screen protector and case were put on. The staff were friendly and had great communication skills.

Adan at your Village Mall branch is a true life saver. Firstly, I would like to say that he was very professional and courteous throughout our entire interaction. He demonstrated a strong understanding of the products and services that Bell Canada offers, and was able to provide valuable insights and recommendations that were relevant to my needs. I initially came to get one phone plan for myself but ended up calling my friends and getting three because of the deal he offered.Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Adan.
