Absolutely love this shop! Vegas did such a good job on my tattoo, it healed so quickly, and their technique made getting the tattoo almost totally pain-free. The staff are all lovely people, the decor is so cool, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and everything is super clean and comfy. I left with a beautiful tattoo and an excellent experience.

TruTattoo feels like home. I went in for their black history month flash day after following the shops growth from birth. Quality music, everyone there was so very friendly. I was offered water and TEA (this is a first for me). I was tattooed by KeKe and she was lovely. Lots of laughs and I absolutely love my shoulder piece. I cannot wait to come back.

I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo by Jasmine (jnoir.jazz) she was pleasant from the first DM exchange! When I arrived, she was punctual and ready to get started. She explained everything in detail and opened all needles in front of me so ensure I knew I was getting a sterile needle. She was super gentle. I was very pleased how it turned out and healed beautifully.The shop in itself is super cute, has plants, merch, and well lit with garage doors. Parking is adjacent to the store for whe street parking isn't available.Thanks for the lifelong art!

I had a super rad custom sternum/rib piece done by Vegas in early December. I drove in from Guelph, and even though they were running a little behind, they made sure to send me a message to let me know. The studio is immaculate and has plenty of comfortable seating, so despite being early, I was able to hang out and get some schoolwork done while I waited for them to finish up with their other client. The other artists/staff were kind and made sure I was well looked after, too. I honestly can't rave enough about how much I love the work I had done!

Vegas did an amazing job at designing my tattoo. The whole experience from design to tattooing was awesome, I felt at ease the whole time. Vegas and everyone at the studio were so kind. The vibe is very chill. I also loved how inclusive and accessible the place is. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back!

I have had several tattoos done here and it is always an amazing experience!It is such a welcoming space and everyone there has started to feel like family.Really talented artists who take the time to help your vision come to life.They also have different flash and walk-in promotions that really help those looking for affordable tattoo options.Can't recommend this tattoo studio enough, you won't be disappointed.

I was in yesterday for a flash piece created by Vegas. This is was my first time coming to TRU and Vegas, and it was a positive experience. The decor, the vibes, and the conversation with artists made this a wonderful time. I felt relaxed and respected, AND I left with a gorgeous piece. I will definitely be back.

I had a really great experience with Samantha. She took a concept I had been stewing over for years based on Plato's Allegory of the Cave, and turned it into something really beautiful. She took the time to readjust the design and better suit it to my arm when I got in. I was there for about 7 hours and her attention to detail was amazing. The studio itself is also a great space and I highly recommend to anyone considering getting a tattoo to come here!
