I had a mixed experience at this practice. The dentist was thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. The dental hygienist was also friendly and gentle. I have no complaints regarding the quality of the dental service provided. However, I encountered significant issues when dealing with the admin staff. One particular area of concern was their billing process, which proved to be quite problematic. The lack of attention to detail and the repeated mistakes were frustrating, to say the least. What disappointed me, even more, was the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the admin staff. Despite their mistakes, I did not receive an apology or any form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused. It is disappointing when a dental clinic fails to address customer concerns and takes no responsibility for their errors.

Right from squeezing in a last minute appointment to talking me through all of the details in the imaging, 20 Finch Dental has certainly been a great experience. The thing that stood out for me was how Dr.John took the time to run me through my x-rays and share insights on the potential impacts of an ignored cavity. Even when I chose to put out the filling exercise for later, he has been the only dentist that did not push me into it or make me feel like I was making a grave mistake. And I think as a patient, this is really crucial.Highly highly recommend this place for their unparalleled levels of professionalism and the wealth of knowledge and warmth that Dr. John brings!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cleaning was on time and hygienist kept me fully informed as to what she was doing and ensured my maximum comfort. Fabulous experience as usual.Highly recommend

Been with 20 Finch Dental since we moved to North York 2 years ago and always have a great experience and little wait time.They schedule cleaning twice a year and dentist and x rays once a year (my previous dentist did not always do an annual checkup and it felt like they didn't have time for me or check my patient history). They don't pressure you to do invisalign etc.The office staff are pleasant and call to remind me of appointment times and move me up when there are openings/cancellations.

I had a consultation for implant with Dr. Ro. What a wonderful experience! Dr and staffs are absolutely wonderful, amazing and professional. I felt so comfortable like knowing I will be treated well. I'm so glad I found them!!!

Amazing service! Dr. Linda and all the staff (a big shout-out to Christina) are super nice and welcoming.Dr. Linda is the most caring and down to earth dentists I’ve ever met. She explains every detail of the procedure while working in my teeth.Highly recommend clinic.

A very nice experience in 20 Finch Dental! The receptionist and the customer service are so good. Rita and Christina were so friendly and willing to answer all my question. Christina explained the insurance plan to me and I really appreciate that as I have no idea what's under cover and what's not.Also, the dentist(Linda) were professional and gentle. As I was very nervous about the pain, she made me feel comfortable and clam me down. She also gave me many useful and professional advice about what I should do first after this appointment. Since I asked many stupid questions about the process and the treatment, she was willing to answer me patiently. Thank you so much.I will give 5 star Recommend to them ^o^

Relatively new patient here at 20 Finch Dental but for all the times that I have visited so far, staff has been very welcoming and accommodating when it comes to scheduling and reminding you of your upcoming appointments.Shoutout to Jun also! She's the best (although I have no doubt the rest of the 20 Finch Dental Team is just as great!)

I was not expecting the stubborn stain would go away with the cleaning per my previous hygiene experiences but surprised with the results. Also it was first time seeing cutting edge technology real-time scanning & 3D simulation in such a caliber! As an engineer it’s not easy to get impressed by but I have to say I did! Chose this clinic as my go-to for the time being.
