We were renting for twice this week as it's moving season for some people. The UHaul staff is great, helpful and friendly. Truck runs great, is just the truck could be cleaner inside and out, and when we rented it, there was some sort of construction smell (maintenance is the key for a bit of comfort).I hope they can get better next time - No idea about other location.

We were unable to rent a van for a hour like it looks you can do on the webpage. Website doesn't say you have to buy insurance, pay extra per kilometre, and also pay for the gas to refill the tank. Van was very dirty. We couldn't even back it out of the parking spot because the windows were too dirty. Yet we were told we would be charged $25 if we got it dirty inside. Seats were covered in gravel. Cost ended up being over 3 times what we thought it would be. Wouldn't go back.

Dishonest business that double charged me and provide empty apologies instead of returning the money they double charged. Don't use them, unprofessional and give you the runaround when asked to rectify a problem on their end.

The worker was really nice and they didn't have the small trolley I ordered so he gave me a big one for the same price, really good costumer service especially considering they also have to run the gas station at the same time.

Cheapest gas in town normally. Next to Costco. Only two pumps and usually a line up. Slow pumps. Money talks.

The car really looks old and poorly serviced. I have had better rentals here but this last one was not a good one. I'm glad the usage was just an hr.

Came to the place and realized the truck size is too big. The place was full of smaller trucks. When asked to replace to a smaller one I was refused - no smaller trucks are available.Cancelled my order. Hope they fill better by loosing customers

Terrible customer service. Floor mats in truck were dirty when I returned it. They wanted to charge me a cleaning fee. Argued with the guy for 10 min until he finally looked at my contract and saw a box checked that indicated I wasn't responsible additional cleaning fees. Use Penske.

Okay so they gave great service, it was easy to find, easy to deal with. Everything well well....but it's a U-Haul rental place being run out of a gas station which totally makes you question the legitimacy of the whole thing. Like, if this is the closest one don't avoid it, but it struck me as pretty sketchy. Again though, the person I dealt with could not have been more polite.
