Gaia Wellness Retreat

Spent the day at Gaia yesterday with old and new friends! Not too far out of the city (from Ottawa or Gatineau), owned and operated by the loveliest humans!The food is amazing, the care that goes into maintaining the property is evident, such a worthwhile experience - would definitely spend more than a day :)

I spent a day and a half at this beautiful space for a yoga retreat this past weekend and it is such a remarkable venue and property. All who attended enjoyed the facilities equally as much. It's clean, comfortable , welcoming and smells incredible. We all enjoyed the large cozy communal space with fire place and natural light as well as the trails around the property with massive old growth white pines. John is a wonderully attentive host, a huge resource of knowledge on all things related to our well being as well as a very skilled chef. I'm looking forward to getting back during the winter for a day trip just to enjoy snow shoeing through the trails.

I attended a Personal Transformation retreat in 2019. It was like 10 years of therapy in 5 days. It changed and reset my life in profound and sustainable ways. I've leaned on Billie's compassionate inquiry sessions for the last 4 years and always find her wisdom equal parts uplifting and shaking. The food at Gaia is consistently delicious and the environment they've created is truly special. A one-of-a-kind place that I return to whenever I need a safe and brave space to explore my life.

Gaia wellness centre has been a life changing experience for me. I highly recommend this for anyone who is struggling with anything in their lives. I participated in the two day intensive return to yourself program as well as a couples intensive program. It was tough. Hard work and emotionally draining at times. BUT let me tell you, this experience has skyrocketed me on a healing journey I never even thought about prior. Billie is a spiritual magician and Jon is a culinary magician. The land is just as magical as the staff. One to sum it all up: beautiful.

A beautiful spot in rural Quebec. I attended a five day personal retreat, which allowed me to continue on my own personal healing journey. Gaia offers a caring, opening, non-judgemental space to allow you to either start and/or continue your own transformation. All staff (especially Casey) are friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed having healthy, DELICIOUS, fresh, vegetarian meals (I'm a meat eater and John is absolutely genius with his cooking style). Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven.

This spot is peace redefined. The property is so calming and beautiful you have an immediate sense of relaxing by just getting out of your vehicle. If you have the fortunate to stay for a meal or two you won't be left hungry or disappointed. The food is hand made with guest restrictions in mind, and is absolutely amazing. I attended a full day seminar workshop in late May and will definitely be back as often as I can.

Amazing 3 days retreat. Couldn’t have asked for more. I came back home with tons of knowledge, ressources, new perspectives and love in my heart and soul. Everyone could benefit from a retreat like this. It is awakening and gives you the chance to dig deep in yourself and take a break from the wild world. Food and amenities were perfect, nothing bad to say. Jump and book yourself a retreat right away, you won’t regret.

I hosted a retreat at Gaia for a group of ten ladies. Everything from the customer service, itinerary, excursions, the cuisine and Traditional Balinese education for our group was outstanding. I am very impressed with the overall experience and look forward to visiting Gaia again next year. Agung is such an Angel and the experience would not have been as magical without her presence; she is kind and thoughtful and I have so much gratitude for her. Aaron who facilitated chakra yoga for my group was also amazing and full of knowledge guided my ladies to experience releases during the approach to the full moon.

This was just an amazing life changing experience i 100% recommend Gaia wellness to anyone who’s interested in going it’s such a profound welcoming peaceful relaxing heart felt environment every meal was amazing big thanks to the cook…definitely recommend his cookies.
