South Side Parking Lot
For some spectacular panoramic views of st John's colourful homes you can visit this place. It's got free parking. You can click fantastic pictures of the st.johns harbour. A point deducted as it's not that clean and smells unpleasant. It can be improved for a tourist spot.

Awesome view of the city!! Provides a great place to hang out when I'm waiting for my shift to start at work or to pick up my s/o. I like that it provides a place to park and be able to check out historic Fort Amherst, or the trailhead of the East Coast Trail which goes to Black Head and Cape Spear.

South Side Parking Lot
Sit and watch the hustle and bustle of the fishing industry, as boats come in and out of the harbour. This section appears to be where most of the commercial fishing boats dock. There is plenty of parking, but not much for walking trails. Given there isn't much on the other side of the harbour for public access, this was a nice little find to sit and relax and enjoy the views of the harbour
