If I could give no stars I would! They never even attempted to deliver my package, didn't bother to leave me a notice of where or when to pick up. This is the second time this has happened. Horrible experience!!

No complaints. Friendly and professional.

Staff member refused to mail a pre-paid parcel for being 200mg overweight. Refused to get a supervisor and then smirked at me when they told me they'd refuse the package too. I went to the main post office in town and they shipped the parcel without incident. I am now contemplating filing a personal complaint.

Haven't gotten any mail for 10 days. On Mcrae Avenue. All neighbors on one side have received mail. Because there drive ways are flat. 3200 block of Mcrae Avenue have sloped driveways. Which are 90 percent salted and cleared and no mail delivery.

I was prompted by Google to answer some questions after a visit to the bank. Because I have always received excellent service inside the building itself, I was surprised to see the average rating so poor. I had significant issues with a bad apple on my route who would cut through the neighborhood bushes like a voyager, but thankfully she is no longer in the area.I stand by the integrity of service and the accessibility given the historical aspect of the construction which has been maintained while maintaining compliance with national standards. It's on the corner with more than average parking.I think people need to keep in mind the cost cutting measures are implemented via national directives and the costs involved with maintaining logistics have skyrocketed.

The fact that they don't even have a phone number listed on Google (as of Feb 12, 2020) to contact them is a pretty good sign of their customer service level.We have only lived in Mission since Dec and are already experiencing issues with this Post Office! We only get mail delivered once a week, our mail person carded a parcel without even attempting to deliver it, AND then never bothered to give us the card so we knew to come and get it!When I went in to rectify the problem and pick up the parcel, the Post Office was closed early and the people behind the gate refused to assist.My mother worked for Canada Post for 15 years so I can appreciate the difficulties in post office work but we will be changing our delivery service and I definitely do not recommend this location!

If I could give no stars I would!! This place is a joke!! The lady who “delivers” our mail never actually delivers a package. She always just says notice left and then leaves no notice! I always have to check online tracking or else I would never get my packages. She only brings regular mail 1-2 times a week and if there’s any abnormal weather well I never get mail!! It’s ridiculous that this lady still has her job.

I have a covered deck where my mailbox is, but the delivery person left my packege outside in the rain. It would have been under cover if it had of been set down one foot closer to my house. By the time I got to the package the cardboard was soaking wet and mushy. And it's a Christmas gift so now I have to open the box and dry out everything inside the box and the box somewhere where it won't be seen. Also I paid seventeen dollars for shipping. That's quite expensive for something that's being shipped within Canada.

I experienced continuous mail and parcel items going missing from my residential location as well as the PO Box that I had at this location for nearly 2 years, not only for me but for my whole family. I also had sensitive mail opened at the PO Box that I rented from this location along with other severe, troubling and unresolved issues that had not been handled properly even when I had asked for a more than fair resolution.There is poor customer service at this location and no assistance for your mail issues to get resolved even if you are a resident in the area and this is your designated location.I decided to relocate all my mail services as best I could because there were no proper steps in resolution being done. It was always a one sided, biased treatment and approach.My postal service continues to be negatively affected by these issues to this day. I don't trust or recommend going to this location.
