Brendan from Truly Nolan attended our property today and did a spider spray. Brendan did an excellent job, sprayed everywhere, very tidy, and there was no mess left on our windows. We are extremely pleased with the service, we have booked another spray for later in the season.

We recently moved in to our new home, and found out that we had a horrible carpenter ant issue inside our new home in our ceiling. We called Truly Nolan, the receptionist Stacey is lovely to chat with, and she quickly sent someone out to take a look at our issue. We were initially seen by James Karr, he is very professional, kind and knowledgeable and fixed our problem right away. After that we didn’t have a single ant inside and he even came back to set some bait traps outside. While James was here we happened to have family over for dinner and he was laughing and joking with us, really made us comfortable. Really appreciated the great service we received from James, we are so grateful! We opted in to the seasonal package due to the information we received from James (we had spiders and a potential wasp issue blossoming). Today we had Mike (truck 10? I didn’t get a last name) come by to spray for spiders and take care of other items as well. He was professional and so kind! I especially appreciated the heads up about how long I should wait to let our dogs out. Extremely impressed by the services we received and thankful that we signed up for the seasonal package with Truly Nolan. Thank you!!

Brian was a great service technician. Was knowledgeable, professional and always on time for the appointments. We noticed a difference a couple days after his inspection and the rates were very reasonable. We have recommended Truly Nolen to our friends and family and will use them again for any household pest issues :)

Every year like clock work a hornets nest shows up on the corner of my rental property. I called two other pest control companies and their quote was outrageous and they couldn't come out for a week. After doing some looking around online I discovered Truly Nolen. Let me tell you how refreshing it was to have an honest company answer the phone. Their quote was lower than others, with a faster lead time to dispatch someone to my property.The next day, Jordan called and asked if he could come by 15 minutes earlier than scheduled! Well my tenant approved and he showed up early! My tenant had nothing but positive things to say about his professionalism and how courteous he was. She was worried that being a single woman that he would be rude and not take her seriously. Well he did an absolutely stand up job making her feel safe, and informed about the nest removal and communicated thoroughly.After Jordan was finished, he gave me a call to inform me that the job was done and the hornets were gone.Truly Nolen will now exclusively come out to my properties and will always have my business.THANK YOU JORDAN AND TRULY NOLEN!!

I recently had Jordy (anjordy) do a 4 seasons (mice, spider and ant/insect) treatment at our house. Hey was very punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything (which helped upsell the package). He is great at building customer relations instead of just getting a sale. He then came out to do the service and treated our home like it was his own. He was efficient and professional. I am happy to recommend him and Truly Nolen to any of my friends, family, and clients.

Around the beginning of December 2022 we found strange little bugs in our basement. A Google search identified the bugs as Rice Weevils. At that time, we should have called an exterminator BUT Google also provided information on how to rid your home of these pesky bugs. DO NOT try to eradicate these bugs on your own. Call Truly Nolen when you first see these bugs. We waited until mid-January until we called Truly Nolen.Within a day Jordan appeared at our door. He examined the house, explained to us about Rice Weevils and suggested he would return to do a spraying and indicated it may take more than one spraying to eradicate them all. This was a whole house spraying job. ALL of the baseboards were to be sprayed as well as the basement where the floor met the walls. All the furniture had to be out from the walls by 6” and our family would have to remain out of the house for at least 6 hours following the spraying.Long story short, over a period of close to 4 months Truly Nolen technicians returned to our house 4 times. Technicians Steve and Noah both of whom were polite and well versed in their profession each provided great service. While the number of weevils diminished there were some that continued to appear. Jordan made 2 more visits and finally, I'm happy to say, the weevils are GONE. Jordan did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable, explained the process and the insecticides that he was using, and answered the multitude of questions that I asked.Stacey and Corrina, the office staff members, were wonderful every time I called. Thank- you for your patiences.I should mention that Truly Nolen has changed their scheduling times for visits to clients. Previously, there was a a set time for the technician to visit, now the client is given a time frame between which a technician will arrive. Personally, I find this type of scheduling frustrating. You wait to receive a call within a 4-hour window to advise when the technician will arrive.With the set time, I understand that a technician may be delayed on a call, but a quick call to the next client advising of this, is to me much better than sitting not able to do anything until you receive your time slot.This is a family owned business that has been around for many years and I highly recommend them if you wish to have a professional, knowledgeable exterminator look after your problem.

Had Luis at Truly Nolen spray the house for spiders today. Luis was well-spoken, thoughtful and professional from his telephone call before arrival to the quality of his work. Thank you Luis.Luis reviewed the file notes and covered all expectations before arrival. I was impressed with his attention to detail as he completed the spraying.I would gladly have Luis return in future years to service the house.

Would NOT recommend. The worst experience of my life. If you call for a quote, they will show up to your home WITHOUT consent, trespass onto your property and spray without any approval and will send a bill afterwards.When I called to understand how this could have happened, they were rude, and condescending. They did not take ownership of the mistake and continued to put the blame on me.I have three young children and two pets on my property, and was not aware that there were toxic chemical everywhere. I am currently going through cancer treatments and was advised by my oncologist AGAINST having my home sprayed. Only to come home from a long day at the hospital to find that my home was sprayed WITHOUT my knowledge or consent.I have asked countless time to see the email where I approved the date and time and they are unable to provide it because I NEVER APPROVED the service, the DATE OR TIME. How a company can be so careless and disrespectful is beyond me.

The manager, Ken Millard, who I have dealt with in the past, continues to be the shining light in a profession where you probably don't get a whole lot of positive energy. No body wants to deal with bugs, or pests and at Truly Nolen with Ken I get great experience no hassle, honest information and a person I can 'Truly' rely on. Without a doubt I know when I speak with him it's going to be a painless, organized plan laid out to suite my business and the results always exceed my expectations.Truly Nolen.... Truly Ken
