Super gym pour femmes seulement. Hyper propre et spacieux! Les filles de l’accueil comme les instructrices sont très accueillantes et professionnelles. Les cours en groupe sont diversifiés et motivants. Le seul mini hic…les heures de fin de semaine qui sont restreintes. Autrement, c’est vraiment un bel endroit.

Best female only health club in North Shore.Impeccably clean, excellent knowledgeable staff who delight the members. It's Disney World for discerning clientele. They know your name and always have a warm smile. Very professional.

I had a membership here for 1 year and I went to a lot of the classes but I did not renew my membership because even though the classes were good, they were packed full. It was hard to find a spot and sometimes it was standing room only. Packed like sardines in a small can! The gym itself is also pretty small and even though it has a wide range of machines, for most of them they have just 1 of each. However, it's a very clean gym.

This is the only gym I'll go for the rest of my life, literally! Staff are nice, available, dynamic and the place feels so comfortable that it feels like home!
