I had a lot of questions about plumbing, and Manny helped me with all of them. And was the only one that could be of assistance throughout the store and their employees. To tell you the truth, I thought that the assistance that I received at the time in that location was quite helpful and kind. And I usually go to homedepot but for the first time rona has impressed me with the people they hire. Thank you for all the help today. Hope to see Manny again sometime soon.

Good selection of items. Needed help, 3 times the announcement was made over 30 minutes, no one showed up!

My apologies for asking for help looking at appliances. I know it's super inconvenient to help customers with purchasing large expensive items. After asking for help twice and no one showing up after 20 minutes I left. And won't be back. Just because you sell tools here doesn't mean you should hire them.

Don't trust Rona's online inventory. I have great difficulty walking so when I wanted to buy some treated wood lattices, I checked the online inventory. I drove there and hoping they would be in the lot"

I bought a toilet cover here, but the quality was not good, so I went to get a refund, but the employee said that the product is a final sale item, so I can't get a refund. When purchasing a product, I have never heard of a final sale, and they have never said no refunds. It is disappointing to the staff who are responsible for the very poor service.a poor service. Disrespectful and unfaithful employee attitude. I can see why people go to Home Depot.——————————————————————a mechanical answer. The level of copying and pasting. You should announce it when you sell a non-returnable or non-exchangeable product

One of the worst customer experiences that I have ever had PERIOD .Walked into this location and found an outdoor storage unit within 5 mins that we wanted to purchase .We told an employee that we wanted to purchase the product. She walked around for 5 mins trying to find it , told us she would be right back and we watched her just go back to cash.Asked another employee to bring the storage unit to us for purchase . She did her best to find the product , took her about 20 mins to tell us she couldn’t find it either .We asked to talked to the manager Shafia . Shafia proceeded to tell us that no one can find the product and that we would have to continue to wait if we wanted to buy the product.We asked if we could purchase the floor unit at full price , Shafia said no .Shafia proceeded to tell us that unless they find the product , we couldn’t make a purchase at Rona.Let me repeat that - we walked into a store wanting to purchase a product and were told no because they couldn’t find it. According to their system and online , 23 units were in the store - but no one knew where .Keep in mind , they have a system to tell them where these units are , but still , no one can find it . Unless I would wait for them to go on a man hunt for this storage unit , I was out of luck .I thought this was prank . Turns out it wasn’t . Shafia the manager was comfortable in saying that Rona would be ok with these answers . TERRIBLE

Helpful staff. Quick to make the cuts I need. Best part about this store sounds like a double edged sword. It's rarely busy, parking and location make for quick in and outs.

So refreshing! Within my moments of entering the store, you actually get sales clerks asking you if you need help finding something.

Don’t normally visit Rona because the employees are uncaring. Web page says stock but can never find the items and staff don’t want to help.Today I had to search the second story shelf’s for my item. Then told multiple times the items are not in stock. But then found one inside the locked pesticide cage.THEN TOLD NOBODY CAN UNLOCK AND I HAVE TO COME BACK TOMORROW. BETWEEN 11-4 or some insane RESPONSE.Just dumbfounded I drove to homedepot and purchased my items and learned my lesson. Don’t waste your time with this store

I don’t know how a store is this consistently poor at customer service. We’ve gone in around 8 times for various products for home and business renovation. Every time the website says a product is in stock with large stock, no one can seem to find it. You need to try search the second shelf yourself if you have any hope of finding it. Staff have to be called over to help, seem to have no idea what’s going on, and say the website must not be accurate.Each visit has been negative in that we never get what we come for and staff seem to not be able to help, so we officially give up
