We are very happy with our new carpets and installation. Juvie was great,bringing pet friendly samples to our home to choose from.Removal and installation was completed in the time frame we booked.Would recommend using Carpet One.

We orderedour carpet early in 2022 and the held it for us until it was instslled in October. The installers were great and had it done a day prior to the estimated time. We have been doing business with Valley Carpets for years and they just keep getting better

We were extremely pleased with the materials and expertise of the staff and installers on our project from the outset. Choosing and ordering materials was very well handled by the staff in store and the workmanship and manner of the staff who did the installations was excellent. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for professionalism, skill and timely scheduling for their projects!

Valley Carpet One Floor & Home
I used Valley Carpet One for my kitchen tile backsplash. Their showroom has a great selection of tiles to choose from. Chad (the owner) was super helpful with all my questions, and always provided quick replies when we corresponded by email. The tile installer was professional and detail oriented, and the project was completed on time and budget. Great local service! Highly recommend!

Staff shared their expertise when assisting me to pick the perfect flooring for our ensuite bathroom. Only after I asked for the staffs opinion Did they suggest a concern and suggest a fantastic alternative!! They also suggested the perfect wall paint!The delivery was exactly as they predicted! ( it was coming from the states. No one can promise delivery anymore, if their being honest!)Great friendly, informative staff!

We were so happy with our entire purchase - right from the first visit with Kim. Not only did Kim assist us with picking the perfect flooring and shower tile for our house, she listened when I told her about our whole-house reno and knew just what products to suggest! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring or shower options.

I can’t recommend Valley Carpet One Floor & Home enough. We went with them for our new build and the service, from start to finish, was excellent. Tom was so great to work with in choosing flooring and tile, Marty did an amazing job on the install, and when there was a small issue (not their fault, caused by another subcontractor) they went above and beyond to help us get it fixed.We’ve been in our home a year now and everything has held up very well. Excellent quality, excellent installation, excellent service all around. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

We also have had great service from Rob, the installer, who has vast experience and always excels on his installations at our house

So happy with Juvie and her advice and experience. Everyone was so helpful all the way up to the owners, the Gurski's. Got everything I needed for a new build along with so much patience for my multiple changes and questions. Could not have been more helpful with very competitive prices.

Sarah was so patient and helpful, walking me through realistic choices for my needs and budget. And for my shedfest of a doggo who was welcomed in the store with me. I went through a couple rounds of samples and was so stressed about it. But Sarah said to leave it with her as a project - my next visit took about 5 minutes. She had the perfect choice waiting at the front door when I returned. Absolutely nailed it.Pure bliss. I love my new carpets so much.
