Jeff at Primeline installed an awning and railings for my deck. He worked fast and the end result was really terrific. He laid out different options and his quotes for price and time were bang on. He definitely went the extra mile to make it all look nice. He even came back after to put in a few small additions. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or contact Primeline for any future projects.

We called Jeff for a quote and arrived that afternoon. He said it would be about 2 weeks before he could install our canopy, but it was actually sooner. The work was done professionally with great respect for our property. The final result has made us very happy and I would highly recommend this company.

We had an awning and railing complete with skylights supplied and installed by Primeline Awnings. Jeff was extremely helpful assisting me in choosing the awnings and railings that would suit my situation just right. Having an awning our home was a new thing to me, so his experience was greatly appreciated.The team arrived promptly at the pre-determined time, worked steadily through the day and finished the project ahead of his anticipated time. The yard was left as clean as it was before they arrived.The one minor issue I noticed was cleared up within a couple days of me notifying them. Probably would have been earlier had it not been for my schedule.Now we can get several more months enjoyment out of our back yard deck.The above was written several years ago (maybe 8 - 10 years ago). We are as pleased with this canopy now as we were when Primeline Industries first did the install. There are absolutely no leaks or failures on any part of this canopy, or its railing system. If I were ever to need a new one or any new work, my first, and likely only call will be to Jeff at Primeline. If I ever move, that will likely be the case.

After expanding our living space with a new backyard deck, we chose Primeline Industries to build a patio cover with bronze acylight panels. We are extremely pleased with the investment as it has allowed us to use our deck 12 months of the year, even through the dark, rainy days of the west coast winter! The build was fast and high quality. Jeff even went the extra mile to install some flashing to block 'overflow' from our gutters and our deck and patio furniture stays 100% dry even on the rainiest of days.

Jeff was quick to respond to our request for a quote for replacing our Aluminum patio cover. He was definitely competitive and listened to my wishes on this replacement. Jeff scheduled a date to install and arrived on time and completed the work in one day. They cleaned up after and the patio cover looked spectacular. I asked to have an additional I Beam installed to mount an awning and he installed at a later date. Great job Jeff.
