Got charged over 3k because my metre was broken. they changed it, i got normal metre readings. They said they would test it, never got a response back about it months later. Now i'm calling back about it and have been on the phone for over 2 hours. They also have no support team in Winnipeg but everywhere else has one. How is this not government run at this point when they have a monopoly over energy / natural gas here...i guess they're too busy wiping out first nation communities with poor design.

Tried to cancel the service on my home which has already been sold and I've moved out weeks ago . Still you continue to send me bills. I've stopped service TWICE on line- and still you bill me. Can't go down to your office because you're TEMPORARILY CLOSED". How long is this going to go on? I need you to stop billing me for electircity I have no access to. Contacted you by phone - on hold for hours - where is the customer service. I need to speak to SOMEONE - ANYONE. Get back to work ."

Terrible website that does not offer the functionality Manitoba Hydro presume... I called and was on hold for over 3hrs before hanging up still with no solution to my problem... No private sector business would survive with service this bad!

I have call you guys 3 times. First time, 4hr 20 min wait on hold, no call back option. 2nd, 3 hrs, no call back option. 3rd time, 2.5 hr wait, requested callback; it's been 6 hrs. Does anyone work in your call center? I get that y'all are billions in debt, but if you hire someone to work in accounts receiving it might help your bottom line...

Last evening - April 13th - during the rain storm my power went out.The main line from the pole to the house failed & required replacing.The young gentlemen - Steve & sorry but I did not get the other fella's name - that attended to things were just wonderful - so prompt & professional & kind! From my initial call to report the outage they had everything repaired & resolved in an hour and a half!! Thank you so much!! Gold stars!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service is absolutely atrocious!! They want you to manage your account online but don't give your accessibility to do so, when you call in regards to a billing inquiry using the automated options for billing inquiry it's gives you the following options 1. Know the amount of your bill 2. Setting up equal payments or 3. Submit a reading. Zero option to actually discuss your bill and then put you on hold for going on now an hour and a half with no end in sight to talk to an actual person regarding your bill.

Terrible customer service, impossible to get a hold of. Took 1 minute to disconnect service, and then it’s a huge inconvenience to get reconnection. No compassion. Spoke with a rep named Jim and he had NO customer skills. Would rate 0 stars!!!!

Mother died and I was away for 3 days to deal with her affairs, came back home to no lights and a lovely stink with a puddle in my kitchen from all of the thawed food in the freezer. No notice.Can't speak to anybody about this till Tuesday because apparently having no electricity for the holidays isn't a big deal, merry Christmas.

Had a possible gas leak. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone after hours on emergency line. Vacated the house for the night l. Got ahold of someone first thing in the morning. Staff were friendly and someone came out about 20 minutes after calling in the issue.

I tried to call to get info on my bill, on Friday I waited for more than an hour and a half, had to leave so called again on Monday , still on hold and it’s been more than a hour and a half!!! This is what happens when you have a monopoly, you can care less on how your customer feels!!! The amount of money hydro makes, you could definitely hire more customer service representatives!!! Waiting this long to speak to someone is unacceptable
