John, George & the whole team are fantastic to work with. I have a high degree of trust and confidence in their skills and customer focus. I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else. I have recommended them to many others and they have also been just as happy as me.

I always had a great experience when dealing with Universal Auto Techs, at both their previous and new location. Services are good and they offer good value for the money. I find the team to be very professional and you can ask all the questions you want - they will provide you their opinion, based on experience. I suggest that if you ever run into any issue, discuss with either of the owners. Based on my experience with them - and what I observed over the years, they always stand by their clients and try to do the right thing.

I went to Universal Auto Techs for rustproofing of my new Jeep. The service was provided on professional level, the staff was very friendly, supportive, explaining every step of the rustproofing procedure. The price was reasonable. Will come back for annual rustproofing. Thank you!

I brought my car in to change all 4 tires, cost me over 1000 dollars. A couple of hours later my tire pressure light came on. Turns out my tires leaked air. Took the car back , they said problem is fixed, on my way home tire pressure light came back on. Leak was not fixed, brought it back again, light came in again, plus my check engine light came on. These guys are a bunch of scammers and incredibly dishonest. Worst experience of my life, i plead with everyone not to go to Universal Auto.

Today was my first visit to Universal, it won't be my last. They were amazing , They did all of the work that I asked to be done quickly and professionally. They pointed out a couple of small things that need to be addressed in the near future and told me that they will call me with the estimate tomorrow, Top drawer service all the way.

I love these guys. Someone recommended Universal to me a few years ago. I've not gone anywhere since. Always do great work, great service, always a pleasure. I trust them with my vehicles. Just swapped my snows out. Got me in right away even though they were busy. I store my tires here too which is such a great benefit.

Went to these guys for a tire change. A job that should have cost 35$ to do a wheel swap (to winters) ended up costing and extra 80$ because of a seized bolt". The total came out to 140$ after all expenses (even charged me 4$ for the bolt!). This means that the technician took 45-60 minutes to replace a seized bolt

They charge dealer parts price and put cheap Chinese brakes in my 2012 bmw 135i. Now they squeak all the time when they warm up. They lasted less then 12,000km. This was rotors front and back and pads.

Got some new tires . The alignment that was scheduled could not be done because they ran out of time. Arranged to drop off car next morning however couldn’t get to alignment to nearly end of day then discovered could not be done properly as a part was needed. Communication over the phone said alignment was not done and that I would wear new tires faster without this part. When I got there and realized they charged for alignment it was then explained that it was done but in order to get into spec I needed a part and another $130. At this point I spoke to the owner as I didn’t understand why I was being charged. He explained in a clearer fashion that alignment was actually done but for it to be precise I need this extra part. He did recover with flair and agreed not to charge me for the alignment that in effect I still needed to complete. His explanation differed in a few points from the person on the phone which I did find frustrating. I then went next day to Mercedes who completed alignment to spec at a lower cost.
