I highly recommended Heartland Toyota for your next vehicle purchase. I have had my eye (and heart) set on a Highlander for years and I was ready to buy one, which became an impossible task in Kamloops. I contacted Heartland and was contacted by Bob right away to let me know that there were two available. Bob was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. We also dealt with Renee who made signing all the papers a breeze! I am SO, so happy with my new vehicle. This was my first new vehicle and Bob and Renee made the whole experience enjoyable!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience at this dealership, Mike Fochuk was the start of it, basically looked at me like I was nothing and was pushy and quick to anger, he has no respect for young people, not to mention I injured myself at the dealership and watched mike turn his head away as it happened, pathetic. Along with the finance manager Renee, she lied to me, refused to listen to what I asked, and damaged my credit in the process. The communication was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. As a person who’s worked at a dealership myself they are not running things well at all and I would suggest staying far away from them. If you’re looking for someone to buy a car from I would suggest Honda, they’ll treat you like a human being not just a bag of money.

I thought I found the vehicle I was looking for at this dealership. It was a Sienna Hybrid with a waiting list of 6-10 months in the lower mainland.I was talking to Mike and Renee. In comparison to dealers near Vancouver, Heartland was a breath of fresh air.The local Vancouver dealers for the most part were absolutely adamant that all deposits are non refundable even if you have to order without seeing the vehicle. Heartland made it simple, once I decided the trim level is not what I wanted within 24 hours, it was an immediate refund.

Bob Yaworski at Heartland Toyota recently helped us find a really good car at a great price.He and his team were very professional too. A breath of fresh air compared to another in-town dealership which had taken our deposit for a car we liked and then went on to sell that car out from under us.Our car has gone for some long 5+ hour drives since we purchased it from Bob. It behaves great and gets good gas mileage - We love it.Thank-you again Bob,

I bought my Matrix in 2009. The car is incredibly dependable. On the few occasions i've required more than regular maintenance, the staff were prompt, kind and got the job done quickly.

I had an absolutely great experience at Heartland Toyota. I was able to buy a very difficult to get vehicle and when I called in, Bob answered the phone and was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. As I was from out of town, he was always keeping me up-to-date and easy to communicate to. Renee at the finance department was a sweetheart. Thank you Bob and Renee and the rest of the team. Very rude. Accused me that I will be selling their tundra in black to make more money. Very unhappy. People please stay away from Mike and John. They will never deliver promises.
