Was pleased by the fair price and quick turn-around time for my shoe repair, and the result looked great too.

Went there to get my shoes stretched a bit and found they could not but he did have a far better pair of boots that he sold to me . A year later the heels were worn down and I got them resoled. Great guys to do business with and yes it is cash only as it costs money for credit and debit card transactions and this way they can keep costs low. Not every customer is gonna come in to this store and find utopia but lets get real if you have a bad hair day ,it tends to rub off on other people . So when I go to any store I try to imagine that this sales person has just had a bad time and I try to keep my conversation pleasing vs making their day any worse.

This guy is super grumpy. I brought in a pair of expensive boots that still look great other than the soles. When I asked this guy what he could do, he told me to just “buy a new pair”. I took my boots to the shoe repair place in Lynn Valley and it cost me less than $80 and my boots look brand new. Not sure what this guy’s problem is but I will never go back.

This man is only trying to rob people in need. Gluing the sole 100 CAN The sole is owned and provided by me!he is crazy...only glue and labor cost... and he did not forget to say that he does not guarantee anything!!!

My husband took his leather shoes for a cleaning and repairing some scratches. The shoes look pretty good!

Extremely reasonable price. Was the only store in North Van that had the 18 inch shoelaces I wanted.

I have some very special boots and this is the only place that helped me complete unique changes to them. Amazing work, I’d highly recommend this place.

This is the best place to fix shoes/leather goods/zippers. I’ve brought 2 Gucci belts, Birkenstocks to be resoled, Mackage jackets, you name it. Highly highly recommend bringing in any well-loved item for a second chance.

Amazing service again! Highly recommend. They did an excellent job refreshing a leather bag, including putting in new structural pieces to give it its beautiful shape back. Looks brand new.

I bought my wedding shoes a couple of weeks ago and needed rubber soles put on the bottom so that they were non-slip. My usual shoe repair guy in Guildford had recently started getting really expensive and since I worked in North Vancouver, I decided to try this place out. I made sure to tell him to please be extra careful they were brand new shoes that were for my wedding in August and had never been worn. Fast forward a week to when I pick my shoes up. There was yellow glue all over my white shoes, and the leather was scuffed off and peeling along the lower part of the shoe all along the bottom. I was shocked and asked him about it, and he then took them into the back to try to scuff the peeling" off I'm guessing? He had told me initially he wanted $27 for them and I told him I was not paying him. He then took my shoes off the counter and held onto them. Then I took my VISA out and said I would pay him with that because I needed my shoes back but he said he only took cash. He put the shoes back on the counter and then I picked them up. I said I am not paying him for his services
