We recently used Driver Seat to return home after an event. Prior to booking, I had some questions about the services they offered and Steve was great at helping us determine what would be best for us, as we had a larger group and we live on the outskirts of town. For the ride, Steve was on time, professional, and kind. We will definitely be using the service again! Thanks for all of your help and for getting us home safe!

Driverseat Sault Ste Marie surpassed my expectations in every way. The price was half the other taxi services were asking for my trip. A confirmation email was sent to me, followed by an email that provided the name of the driver, a photo and a description of the vehicle. There were also updates on the timing of the driver's arrival. The two drivers who drove me were extremely polite and efficient as well as friendly and informative of the highpoints of the town and the countryside. I highly recommend Driverseat SSM.

We recently used Driverseat to help us travel from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario’s airport to Sault Ste Marie, Michigan for a wedding. Our driver Stephen was excellent. There was clear communication throughout the booking process, he was on time and tracked our flights to assure a certain pickup, crossing the border was smooth and efficient, and he even offered to wait for us to safely enter our motel since it was late at night before heading out. The vehicle was also very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Driverseat to any fellow travellers.

So many great things to say! It was our first time using Driverseat and we were not disappointed! For us, living just on the outside of town we usually do a friendly game of “rock, paper, scissors” to decide who will be driving for the night. We don’t like leaving our vehicles anywhere overnight so we figured we would try Driverseat, to get both ourselves and our vehicle home safely. They were very friendly and professional. They were on time and we were thankful for the quick response and the ride that we received. Again, for where we live we were slightly concerned about the cost but were again pleasantly surprised considering the distance. We will happily choose Driverseat again when we both want to enjoy a night out AND get ourselves and our vehicle home safely! Driverseat sure beats “rock, paper, scissors” and we will definitely be using this service again!

I used Driverseat for an early morning ride to the airport. Steve was my driver and he was punctual, friendly and very professional. He even sent me a message letting me know that he would be on his way soon. I recommend using the app as it is very user friendly and fast to book a service. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend SSM Driverseat and will be using it again in future!
