Had a private shopping appointment last night with Shelly - she was absolutely amazing! Shelly is so warm and welcoming, very respectful of the budget, and so knowledgeable. My party and I had so much fun finding the gown of my dreams!

Hands down would recommend Chantel’s bridal to anyone for their first time trying on wedding dresses. Shelly is an absolute gem.Shelly has fit me for a bridesmaid dress, my grad dress and now I found my wedding dress just after one hour of time with her. She pretty much knew exactly what I wanted when I walked through the door. She found it absolutely AMAZING!The time with her was so fun, lots of laughs, and tears from my wedding party! LOVE LOVE LOVE !

The girls at Chantal’s were amazing, from the first visit to try on dresses, to the amazing seamstress who worked magic, to the lovely woman who helped my final fitting and make sure everything was perfect! Thank you so much for making it all a perfect experience!

Highly recommend Chantal’s Bridal! I purchased my wedding dress here last year. I also purchased my grad dress from Chantal’s at their old location downtown. The staff are so sweet and helpful. My consultant Deena was amazing! We clicked instantly and she knew exactly what styles to pull for me. They have a great selection of dresses, there’s something for everyone. I love that there’s a separate area for bridal appointments.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at Chantal's. Our consultant Shelly truly went above and beyond, and made all of my nerves disappear right away. She made me feel so comfortable, and got me to try on styles I never would have considered! When I told her this was my first appointment, she said it would also be my last-- and she was right! It was so special to find both my grad and wedding dress at the same salon; the staff at Chantal's are truly the best! My family and I had so much fun with her, we could not have wished for a better experience or consultant. Thank you so much Shelly!!

I loved the service and selection at Chantal's! I went to so many bridal shops, and Chantal's was the most positive experience of all. Benny was so helpful and attentive. So many beautiful dresses here, too. Highly recommend!

I went to Chantal's bridal on March 31st as my second stop in the wedding dress shopping journey. My first experience there was great! I had a wonderful representative who was kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. I found my dream dress and she ordered it in for me very promptly and was so thoughtful throughout the whole process. It arrived within two weeks and I made a follow up appointment to pick the dress up as I thought I could get alterations done in my own community (4 hours away from Winnipeg). I searched around for someone to do so and was unsuccessful so I called back on May 5th and spoke to someone in regard to getting a fitting done to have alterations made. The representative on May 5th stated this would not be a problem and they would be able to do so on my follow up appointment on May 15th. I arrived May 15th and confirmed that I would be able to be fitted at this time stating my previous conversation with the representative on May 5th.. the representative I met with abruptly stated Do you have shoes".. which I did not as I was not told I needed any or else I would have brought them. I asked if I could leave and come back quickly with shoes.. this was not possible and the next available appointment was at 230 which wouldn't work as we had to drive 4 hours home. They had shoes available to use for this reason and she stated I couldn't because it wouldn't be the same despite me having stated I knew I would be wearing 3 inch heels. We moved forward regardless and she threw my dress in the first dressing room.. I was attempting to get it on and she did not come and assist me at all. My friend had to do up my dress

Had a bridal appointment recently and was helped by Jenna - she was awesome, so kind and helpful! I showed her pictures of dresses off my phone and she pulled them all in less than 2 minutes, and made sure to check all the prices before letting me try them on so I didn't exceed my budget. She was super attendant to my likes and dislikes and very honest when something did or didn't flatter my body shape. I found a dress that I loved and she let me stay past my appointment end time to try on veils and take pictures. By far the best experience I've had with a consultant in my dress shopping experience so far.

I went and bought my wedding dress within 40 minutes. I told Shelly (the consultant) want I wanted, and the first dress she picked for me was my dream dress. All the staff were so friendly, and truly made my dress buying experience so special. I would recommend this place in a heart beat, they take the stress outta dress shopping! So save yourself the trouble and go to this shop first, especially if you book with Shelly!
