Very rude people. When I called to tell them I wasn't satisfied with the way they were treating me and wouldn't renew my contract, the lady at the reception became vindictive and sarcastic. She texted me a bunch of insults and accusations.

They dumped the snow onto my driveway on Feb 2, 2023. I'm not even one of their clients. Very disrespectful!

Honestly I don't know if they change administration but this is the worst.. It's been over 4 days and no one came to remove the snow in our parking lot.. Spoke to Mathieu who assure me that someone was going to pass that was 2 days ago. My incomprehension is that I don't own them any money so why aren't they doing their job at least once.. I rate them 1 star because you can't go any lower last time I'm dealing with this company

Used this company for two years for snow removal and never had a problem. Our driveway is always cleared on time, multiple times a day and they send a text ahead of time with a window of when to move your car. Very satisfied!

Excellent service!!! They passed 5 times in 2 days at my house in st Hubert as well as my parents house in another secteur of st Hubert as well ! Great communication with the emails as well to informCustomers.

First major snowstorm of the season feb 7,2020 and they passed once this morning before the city plows. By 4pm the city plows passed by and blocked our driveway. Called to see if they are passing again, reply was not likely as we close at 6pm." We shovelled ourselves and it's still snowing. WOW called to see if they are passing again and answer was " not likely

Best snow removal company !Trust me I am talking from experience (I experienced the worst, see my other reviews).I have only been using their services for a couple of months but I am really satisfied. I’d recommend them anytime. I especially like the fact that they send an email before. They are worth every penny

Not worthy of any stars, but for the sake of posting this post, I had (HAD) to select 1-star. Hence, I gave it a 1-star rating. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you like to through your money out the window and not get any services in return. If you DO like to through your money out the window and not get any services in return, then, by all means, be my guest and go right ahead. I have LITERALLY had to call them to say, Please
