Dollarama

Its always organized. Always clean and very friendly staff.

Good service and lots of product. No self checkout.

Clean store, always fantastic seasonal item selection, handy kitchen gadget section, fun place for kids to get an affordable treat

This store is at the corner end of a strip mall. So it's nice and quiet..out of the way. Staff are very welcoming by smiling and saying hello..how are you? Etc..going to different dollar stores, you widen out and find different treasures.

Excellent parking and handicap parking ... it was easy to find what i needed.The cashiers are very friendly.

Busy as ever now due to other stores pricing and proudly Canadian! Just check out US dollar stores to get the picture.....Dollarama has them all beat by a landslide.

Anyday utility store... The staff is friendly...get most of the items I need and for an affordable price. Just one note: they do no returns or exchanges so make sure to check whatever you are buying is all intact.

Always stocked nicely.. staff is very courteous. Lots of parking .. rarely wait in line more than a minute !

Firstly let me say we were excited to go to Dollarama today. You see my daughter has been collecting and saving change for a while. She had 9 dollars and wanted to spend it here. Very excited to shop, but when we got to the till so she could pay for her stuff the cashier made us feel like such an inconvenience. Complete with huffing and eyerolling at us. She wouldn't speak to us just stood there with a very annoyed look on her face. When I say my daughter had 9 dollars in change it was all toonies and quarters so not hard to count fyi. Then I said to the cashier thank you for your help today as she stared angrily into space attempting not to make eye contact with us...so I spoke again and repeated myself incase she didn't hear thank you for your help today" still not making eye contact with us she rolled her eyes and huffed out "have a great day". We left the store and my daughter asks...mom did we do something wrong? Is it not good to pay with toonies? She was so proud of herself for saving this money only to be treated so incredibly unimportant its shameful. Take a lesson from the Ingersoll Dollarama where they are actually kind and helpful. Customer Service goes along way. You need to do better."

This is not my usual Dollarama, and perhaps that shapes my opinions, but I find this location to be less inviting and has a poor layout; items that are unrelated are often jumbled together and it is harder to locate what you actually came in for (by design?) I also don't appreciate the lack of self checkouts.
