Trish and her team did an incredible job on my taxes this year. I have extra concerns with Child Support and Spousal Support that I know nothing about- they stepped in and took me by the hand until I understood clearly. We are so grateful that we came across Custom Bookkeeping for our income tax needs. We had spent months in an endless loop of red tape and many frustrating phone calls with Revenue Canada trying to resolve an issue. Then we called Custom Bookkeeping in Regina and Tricia was able to resolve it for us immediately. They also helped our friend catch up 13 years of income tax, which was no small task! Liliia was so diligent and kind. A company can teach many things to their employees but that kind of empathy and kindness cannot be taught. It comes from a beautiful and kind heart.
