I would give a lower rating. If you have any work done here, I recommend checking their work over. Had a calliper done here, charged full cost for replacement, a week down the road calliper ceased and then I found out they only replaced 1/2 of the calliper. DO NOT buy the extra warranty, it's useless and won't cover anything. I was warned from numerous people not to purchase a vehicle here and I still gave them a shot only to regret it.

Had a very excellent experience dealing with Jerry’s, They went above and beyond to help me get a car and tried their best to to give me the best deal they could, very fast and informative, would definitely get another car here.

I have bought multiple vehicles at Jerry’s over the past few years. ALWAYS fabulous friendly, efficient, and prompt customer oriented service. I also take the vehicles there for maintenance. Their maintenance personnel are equally as customer oriented.

Our experience with jerry car sales was excellent. The employees are wonderful people. They helped us very much in making the right choice that suited our needs. We love our Mitsubishi Outlander. They were there to answer all our questions. We have had our Outlander for a month and they still are there to help us with any questions or problems we have. Customer service above and beyond what you would expect from a used car dealership. Very happy with my truck and the service I got before, during and after I purchased it. Very fair trade in and helped me with some follow up issues I had. Rick was great to deal with and would buy another vehicle here again the future. Thanks!

Nice vehicles for sale friendly staff and I grew up and went to school with the owners son

Got a vehicle from here and added extended warranty but jerrys delayed the warranty for 15 months. Now I have trouble with my vehicle and can’t use the extended warranty because they for some reason delayed it. It’s not in effect. They claim it’s because the vehicle has extended warranty from the previous owner still active. Which isn’t true. That gets cancelled once the vehicle is sold by original owner. Now I’m stuck in limbo and got no warrant for another year. Also was told the vehicle still has manufacture warranty on it. Which it doesn’t because it’s beyond the number of years and KM from the day we got it. Shameful service. Would not recommend
