Over the years, my family's pets have had their surgeries and other required procedures performed by Dr. Runyon. The quality service that I've come to expect means a lot, so much so that when necessary I've physically travelled to adjacent provinces just to get her personal attention. She is tops in her field.

Our cat needed significant surgery, so our wonderful vet (Southport Animal Hospital, PEI) told us they would get quotes from 2 surgeons. When we heard from Dr. Runyon's booker, Jessie, she was aggressive, rude, and dismissive when I asked for the quote. She said it's clear you're just going to everybody
