They’ve been just wonderful from start to finish, customer service was great, they make everything very easy. The installer was also lovely, quick, easy to work with and punctual (even in a rural town). Very happy with the services so far.

The service from start to finish was fast, friendly and very professional. The gentleman was on time and didn't take him long to do what he needed to do, very knowledgeable about everything. Very clean installation. We have not had a problem with service, it's been great. Best choice we ever made was to switch to Integrated Solutions .

I asked for installation ASAP... we booked for Monday, they offered Saturday instead. :D installed less then 24 hours after I called. Love it. These guys are professionals like 1980s style.Installer was fast, thorough and clean about his work.

The service man was very professional and thorough and completed his testing and inspection on time as arranged.He was only able to confirm what we already knew, that we were not getting the signal we were paying for and there was nothing he could improve with the current provider. I would call him again for future installation or repairs.

Very satisfied with the service. Crew member was very polite, quiet, friendly and did a very good job explaining everything he did. Explained the problem, gave us options, even called explornet about service charges and explained some of their options to try and help solve our issue. Even as he was leaving he once more explained everything to us. A very good experience. Thank you.

My technician Ian Gunn was extremely helpful setting up my two new PVRs. He was on time for the appointment and took the time necessary to set up both machines to make my televisions user friendly. His help was very much appreciated as I am a reluctant and generally uninformed user of technology. A big thank you to Ian.

Integrated Solutions were very prompt in quick in calling and making an appointment at the earliest date available and they sent out one of their best technicians I believe.
