I sold my car at this dealership last week. Service was very fast and efficient. Ali Naqvi was excellent to work with and worked hard to get me the best deal. He made the car selling process as stress free as possible!!! Highly recommended Acura Markham.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements.Especially sales representative- Johnson, I felt his professionalism and enthusiasm. I went to the Markham Acura for selling and buying a car. Their service and fairness is second to none. In the competitive market of car dealership, finding a group like these guys to be this much professional and accountable is a bless.Absolutely suggest them to deal with. I worked with Ali the manager of sales and Yousef and they are amazing.

Several issues. Bought a vehicle I was sold extended warranty. Gave me hard time with warranty. Also asked me to look at trade in. Sounded like a good deal I said I will think about it. But asked me to do a deposit. When I got home did the math and it didn’t make sense. They said they will not refund my deposit. Overall lost trust. I was tricked into paying deposit, between the lines he said I would get the deposit back. But then next day he said you can use it towards next purchase. Lost my $800.It’s ok keep the $800 but the way this business was done wasn’t right. Will not return or any other Acura dealership. The reason I decided to do the review is that please be careful with your money. If you get extended warranty on you car please prepare to go through hassle as service centre ( Acura ) will trick you into paying from your pocket.Reply to your comments.Sorry no I came in for service and asked for deposit. Sounded like a good deal. No special request was made in fact the loan process hasn’t started. No on a good gesture you were going to use toward another vehicle ?? I don’t think I have the trust with dealership after all this.Please don’t force them to put deposit!!!Please inform them that they can loose deposit.I don’t do bad reviews but definitely awareness need to be created.

I have a great experience of dealing with Ali and he is a fair person to deal with in a professional way. I am happy that the transaction with him, He is respectful and always ready to help, and he do what he said he would do, I will be happy to refer my family and friends to him without hesitation. I was referred to Naveen at Markham Acura by a good friend of mine.I can honestly say that it was the best vehicle purchasing experience that I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Naveen and the financial manager Cindy were professional, courteous and put a high priority on the customer experience. Naveen did not try to upsell me and was respectful of what I wanted.
