Location is amazing, kitchen has everything you could need, all amenities are there, but oh wow the beds are the worst I have ever slept on, hard like a rock and so uncomfortable, should really be upgraded to match the rest of the experience.

This place is a hidden gem. Never thought we would get to see whales but we did out our window and also on the trail. It is on our list of places to stay for a week. So peaceful. Also for anyone staying for a while, the north bank has lots to offer for those looking to enjoy nature.

Horrible customer service! Don’t stay here! I paid for a night over 250 dollars but didn’t get in!!! Super frustrating experience.I booked a night before over the phone and arrived next day around 11pm. In their confirmation email, they never mentioned you have to get there early, they didn’t mention their office location, let alone the check-in details and it is all in French. When I arrived after few hours drive from Montreal, I couldn’t find their office, no one picked up the phone because they closed. It’s so frustrating. I have to drive back to Tadoussac and spent a night there. This Natakam Hotel still charged me the full price for the night. I called them next morning and they refused to refund me and there is no apology to me at all.I’ve travelled to more than 10 countries all over the world and I have never given a bad review before. This is the worst hotel ever! It’s not even a hotel. What hotel close before 11pm without any notification? OMG! I won’t change my comment!

Really good location to watch the whales.

The hotel is in a different location and the reception is in a different location. I had to walk 1km with my kid to return the key which was highly uncomfortable.

This is our family's latest happy place! I will definitely come again and again. It is located in the beautiful Innu Nation. The view is breathtaking. The sunrise just straight on the horizon. It has hiking trails like no other. Watch whales taking their breath in the waters. My family had a wonderful time there and I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Incredible view, condos are very clean. Bed are extremely comfortable. Perfect place to disconnect.
