This is my first time staying at Extended Care center and I am so thankful to have been able to do so. It was a pleasure to stay in such a clean, well organized facility. The fact that they have cooking facilities in each room and a shuttle bus that runs m-f 7:00-5:00 no charge to the Health Science Complex is amazing!

I will be forever grateful for this facility and it's staff. My Dad was medivacked to St. Clares Mercy Hospital and to have these accommodations available to family is nothing short amazing.It was very clean, the staff were kind, and, to be so close to the hospital.Thank you for everything.

I travelled here from Edmonton, and I was so happy to have met the most caring and compassionate receptionist Debbie. Her smile eased my concerns and made me feel very welcomed. We have to travel frequently to St.Johns for medical appointments from the west coast. We have stayed here before without issue. This time we made a reservation and Eastern Accommodations called to confirm the booking prior to arriving. The day we arrived they did not have accommodations for us. As a family with small children travelling across the island during the winter for medical appointments it’s sad that this place didn’t even blink an eye at their mistake. The staff didn’t care. Save yourself the hassle and book a hotel.

Decent rooms with half kitchens and bathrooms with showers. Decent wifi. The location is good, close to many attractions and locations. Price can not be beat, total cost for family (1 adult, 3 kids), only $45 a night, making 4 nights less than 1 night at some other locations. You do have to confirm medical appointments to be able to stay, and checking can be rather time-consuming, but overall decent!

We love this inexpensive and clean hotel/hostel. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are impeccable. Whatever you may need is brought to you within minutes.When you have a sick family member, specifically for me a sick 9 year old girl who I parent alone, you need all the niceness you will possibly get on surgery day or recovery day. We have stayed here 4 times now and I can honestly say we were treated extremely well and we will be back again for every medical appointment we can get a room for.To the staff- you are you superb and I cannot thank you enough for being so kind and caring.Recommend with both hands down!

As a delivery driver, I can say this place is very safe. The key card entry through the front door is great if you want to feel safe in the center city area. The employees seem to enjoy their jobs as well. Seems like a great place to stay. 5 stars because of the employees.

Just had a two week stay there. Used it for medical issues and the Room was great. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was organized so good that the drivers should be teaching other organizations how it's done. Always on time. Just 8 minutes to Bliss Murphy from the hotel and the same in return. So on time you could arrive at your appointment without having to go on an earlier shuttle. Thank you to the whole staff of this superb place.
