Polite and caring staff who will really go all out to help you. I had a problem with a product (it wasn't doing what I needed it to)... Vince and Jin did absolutely everything in their power to help make things right, and were friendly and candid throughout the process. I will be returning to this store in the future!

cute items, but terribly unwelcoming and incompetent foolish staff. i was accused of shoplifting whilst shopping with the items i desired to purchase in my reusable shopping bag (i did not see baskets and did not want to carry a bunch of items around the store, which i mentioned when harassed about it.) the first woman who accused me gave me a basket to continue shopping with and seemed to understand the misunderstanding. as i continued shopping i was approached a second time by another employee in a much angrier tone. she showed me the camera footage of me placing my soon to be purchased items in my bag. it was obvious on the recording i wasnt trying to hide or sneak the items into my bag. she said i could either pay for the items now, before finishing my shopping, leave or she’d call security. the other worker had already told me i could continue shopping so i was surprised with the second worker not communicating with the previous one and recognizing the mistake. i didnt want to deal with them so i just put the things i was going to buy down and left. she told me not to come back, im happy i decided not to give them any business. there are many other reviews about this locations poor service, im glad the dumb short woman told me not to come back.

Heads up, no return no refund in this place. Bought a power bank, only last for one month, then went totally died. Now I understood why it said 'no return, no refund'.....em.... Should shop in a dollar store instead if I know the product quality was that bad.......

I don’t even want to give this company one star. I bought a toy truck for my son from this store and because of the way it was packaged I couldn’t check to see if there is any defect before purchasing it. At its price point, I don’t expect it to be top notch quality, however, after opening it up at home I immediately noticed one of the wheels is defective and looks like it is about to fall off. This is a toy CAR so I would think the wheels are essential components?! Brought it back to the store the next day and wanted to exchange for another one but was told by one of the staffs that because it is a children’s toy, it wouldn’t be made 100% correct (really? that’s your defense? doesn’t make much sense to me...) and that HE doesn’t think it is defective based on “store policy”. Nowhere does it indicate on the receipt or in store this “store policy” of what is or isn’t considered as defects. When I questioned him on this, he said it is in fine prints in their legal documents on their website, which, unless I overlooked, is not on their website like he claimed, so I can only assume that he is not refunding/exchanging based solely on his opinion. It is okay to have a store wide final sale policy, very inconvenient but okay, but it is NOT okay to claim that a defective product can be refunded/exchanged but when the time comes, this is not honoured simply because the staff doesn’t deem it to be defective and yet there are no terms and conditions specified anywhere for the consumers to see regarding what is or isn’t considered as defects. This is very sneaky and misleading in my opinion and does not allow consumers to make an informed purchase. Anyway, I have bought a few things from Miniso before but this will be my last purchase from them. Despite how cheap or attractive their products may be, money is money and no one should be spending their hard earned money on defective products and wasting their precious time on reasoning with their lack of service staff.

Quality of its products have REALLY gone downhill. It's so bad that they don't even take it back, lol. Doesn't get better with its customer service, either. Must be the new mgmt or something.

I have a complaint about the store manager named Jacky Lee. He was extremely rude towards me while I was attempting to make a return at his store with a keyboard that had disconnection issues. He was being extremely loud whilst arguing with me while I was trying to deescalate the situation, telling him to breathe and stop arguing with me.A lady customer waiting behind me left her things on the counter and told him he was being extremely rude and she would no longer buy what she needed from here cause of his treatment of me.When I asked him for a customer complaint phone number he redirected me to MINISO Canada website, where I found no number upon researching further. He lied to me in that regard.He then began roughly shoving the item I was trying to return back into the box, and then when I left I heard him begin loudly complaining in Mandarin about me. This is rude, unwarranted, and extremely childish behavior.DO NOT try to return any defective item here, DO NOT buy any item here. The behavior exhibited by Jacky Lee should dissuade anyone from purchasing at this store.

Clean and light shopping floor. Comfortable shopping environment with music provided. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but not everyone. Located inside of Coquitlam shopping mall. Check out speed is fast. Price is ok, you paid what you got. Credit cards accepted. Free mall parking lot available. Food court and public restrooms are nearby.
