Excellent / Affordable place to stay. Clean rooms, fast free wifi, nice backyard with a flower garden and picnic table. Pool and 3 Hot-tubs (1 Indoor 2 Outdoor).Area’s for Improvement:- Arrived late, 4:30am to check in due to unanticipated traffics jams on the 401. Clerk made a inconsiderate joke/comment rather than sympathize. Luckily, supervisor rectified by granting an accommodation.- Rooms could upgrade their lamps by including device charging inputs. Outlets were in difficult to reach places, if they were not already occupied.- There is a funky smell around Floor 1 rooms. Couldn’t stand outside on the porch without being bothered by the odour of hot garbage.

Arrived this Tuesday morning to work at an event they were hosting and wanted to check in to my room early seeing as how I'll be in the building all day. Was told by the generally unpleasant receptionist that they couldn't guarantee that a room would be available until 4pm.I find it very hard to believe that she has no way of checking with the cleaning staff whether or not a room has been cleaned. It seemed to me that she simply couldn't be bothered to be accommodating.

The staff is poorly trained, and the beds are the worst. Parking lot is a disaster to say the least, and the spots are tiny. I got dents on both sides of my SUV. We stayed at this location for a wedding, and were asked to call the morning, to see if we could get an early check in. Since the wedding we were attending was not at their facility, they pushed us aside. Our room wasn't even ready for 4 pm (as guaranteed), so my wife, children, and I had to get ready in a bathroom. All in all, what a terrible experience
