I was satisfied with their recommendation and my purchase of a Regency i1200 wood burning insert. Installed by their affiliated installer Chim Chimney Sweep. We use the insert almost everyday and it's easy to start (top-down method) and does a good job of heating the space.

The MOST unprofessional sales person at the desk in the store. She’s rude and condescending! No way in HELL Warm Hearth will be seeing our money. This experience was just a visit to the store, I can’t even imagine having to deal with her if there was a problem.

Warm Hearth was fantastic to deal with. They were exceedingly friendly, helped us find what was best for us, and went above and beyond to make things work well. They even did all they could to find us extra discounts. I am amazed at how kind they were, from desk sales to installation team! I will definitely recommend them!

I reluctantly bought a fireplace thru" Warm Hearth. I sourced the the Fireplace and had to use an authorised dealer to purchase it -Warm Hearth was authorized so I reluctantly went thru them - long story short I simply do not recommend Warm Hearth

The product I purchased is gorgeous and performs so well. The installation guys were personable, respectful, and did not mind my interest in the process. There was a small amount of grind with the administration and business side of things. They sorted it out so I’m not going to go into detail. I read all prior reviews of this company and I was not surprised nor did I end up a disappointed customer either. 3/5
