Unique Duct and Furnace Cleaning
They only communicate by text. I told them everything I wanted done and they sent me a price to do the work. I then scheduled an appointment with them and then on Thanksgiving Monday which was 17 hours before the work was scheduled to be completed they send me a text saying that the price is going to be $200 more than they originally quoted. Asked them to provide documentation and they could not provide me which is not good. They decided to not do the work for me. I guess it was a good thing that they only communicate by text as I have records of their poor professionalism.

We had a fantastic experience with this company!! They were extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I had absolutely no idea my furnace and duct could house such disgusting things! I am SO grateful Unique Duct and Furnace took the time to educate me on their specific service, and I will MOST DEFINITELY be using them again!!

Polite, respectful, wore masks and dis a very thorough job.Were honest and gave us a discount because they don't charge for certain things.Wi always use this company for furnace and duct cleaning!
