Electric Fog Vape Shop Warman

The lady at the till was helpful but their return policy is ridiculous, it’s 4 days before Christmas and the vape I bought as a gift , isn’t working. I’ve charged it , put juice in it, turned it off and on. By the time it gets checked and passes for warranty Christmas will be long gone. It feels like I wasted so much money that I could’ve put towards something else. I won’t be buying another device from here again.

My go to Vape store. Has the best Selections and ever better Staff. Always happy coming in. And they sell Nice Bongs for very good Prices.

Apparently, This place is unaware of the fact that, New years eve, is NOT a stat. As I'm driving through Saskatoon, I thought about stopping at a vape shop, but, I decided it was best to buy locally at this store. I arrived full of hope and Whimsy, a delightful evening ahead, the kind of evening where you say to yourself, big change is on the horizon; change for the better in the new year. Instead, the ugly bitter face of disappointment met me at the, Electric fog doorway. Closed at 2pm... why? Day ruiner. Enjoy today's slack hours. I know I shan't.

Lane is great! Always helpful and very knowledgeable about all products! Always has a great attitude and is very friendly don't worry people he won't bite. So come on In and say hi. Oh the manager lady is pretty dope as well

Been twice now, really nice guys working , prices are about right on with Saskatoon stores. They seem knowledgeable. Excited for a shop in Warman. Wouldn't mind seeing them carry more glass pieces too some day haha check them out !

Great store. Awesome service as well. Wide variety of products as well. Amazing place I'd suggest to any of my friends. In fact, I have done so and this is the place my buddy who I got in to vaping goes to have his vape maintenanced, even though he lives in Saskatoon. Solid 5 stars easily

We've been supporting this buisness since they opened and it used to be your average vape shop. Until you try to get your money back. We were sold 2 devices which one of the workers there greatly exaggerated the battery life and performance of. After burning the pods given with the device super quickly, we went to buy new ones. They sold us the wrong ones and said a manager needed to be present for a refund. The manager leaves at around 4, before most people come home from work. I've been trying to get a refund for over a week, coming into the store multiple times. At one point, being told they would make sure the manager stays until 5 the next day, they left before 4:45. A supervisor managed to give me store credit for the pods (despite being told numerous times a manager needed to be present), and the device could only warrantied with the manager present. So I will need to do at least 1 additional trip where I will probably only receiveing store credit (if anything). I do not recommend shopping here. It is clear they prioritize sales and keeping money in their pockets over their customers.
