Heritage Valley Early Learning & Out of School Care

I recently adopted a child that has experienced some trauma and needed to find a daycare that was mindful of working with children as individuals as opposed to the traditional approach of large corporate daycares. Heritage valley stood out to me for it’s private like setting and warm environment. The school is clean and is filled with educational toys and activities for kids. It’s been 2 months since my five year old has been attending this preschool and she has adjusted well, thanks to the staff that are educated in childcare and have a patient and nurturing way of working with children.I have peace of mind knowing that when I drop her off every morning she will be treated with respectful curiosity in a nurturing environmentI would absolutely recommend this preschool to other parents.

Excellent new facility. My 6 year old loves it here and the teachers are so nice. He was a bit apprehensive to start a new daycare as we just moved to the area, but after the first day he (and I) were at ease and he is so excited to go every morning. The building is brand new and state of the art. But the staff really set this place apart. They are very friendly and encouraging. I'm very happy with my decision to put my son in this daycare. Keep up the great work.

We have our 1 year old and 2 year old daughters in this daycare. At first my 2 year old had a rough start but the teachers and the owner made sure to take my concerns into consideration and help transition my daughter in the best way possible. I’m happy to say after the first week my daughter is so excited to be there and so is my baby. Anita is very attentive to her daycare and makes sure to not only pick the best fit staff but also makes sure everything is run smoothly. She was always calling and reassuring me about how my daughters are doing and calls about any concerns that have to do with them. I’m so glad we picked this daycare for them and we will be staying her long term. If you or anyone you know is thinking of this daycare do not hesitate! It is the best experience I’ve had by far.

Love this daycare, and my toddler does too! They're always doing fun activities and they eat great there as well. The Educators are so kind and hardworking. They provide daily reports and remember everything to make your experience so personalized. The Director Anita is amazing as well. Always checking in to ensure your expectations are being met. 100% recommend this place.Also have to add that it is the cleanest facilities I have seen!! Love that they keep it so clean, and provide our littles with great, safe conditions while also showing great examples.

Unprofessional and untrained staff. No program planning for kids. My daughter is 4 yr old and need help in the washroom. She keep calling for teacher for 10 minutes and no one care as they were busy in gossiping. I would say dont spoil your kids future here and think before there admission.0 stars..Reply. Its not a fake review. I am her dad. Now i will file a complaint against your daycare and also about the voilence done by 7 year old to 3 year old kid. Good luck.

This daycare is amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very organized. I absolutely love this place amd the teachers and I definitely made the right choice by choosing this place!Amazing staff with so much heart, caring mindset and always have time to say hi and put a smile on your face.The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and I am thankful to the whole team at Heritage Valley Day Care.I know that my son is well taken care of. My son doesn't cry when I leave instead he turns around and say bye to me.I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for quality care and great staff.God bless you!!

Excellent new facility. The place itself is clean, organized and up to the standards which any parents would aim at when looking for a safe place for their little ones. All the teachers are professional, caring and patient with the kids. My daughter was at another daycare, and I moved her here. I was a bit anxious about that transition, but everyone at Heritage Valley Daycare made sure it was a smooth one. Anita is on top of everything, and she pays attention to tiny details. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this daycare as the owner and staff are very professional, responsive & caring. My daughter enjoys her time her while learning new things. I noticed more discipline in her behaviour.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE this daycare and the staff ALWAYS go above and beyond for the little ones! There is no other place I would rather put my baby. I love it so much my kindergartener will join in the summer months. Love all the girls there thank you100 percent recommend
