I wish I could leave zero stars. I called them and asked very kindly if I could speak with the owner of the business and the lady who answered the phone, who I assume is the owner, just hung up on me. She had zero regard for me or my request. I will be taking my business elsewhere as clearly this company and its owner do not understand how to treat people. I hope they don't treat anyone else like this. I would highly recommend that nobody go to this company for services and find a company who actually cares about you. Pathetic customer service.

I am very happy with the service of the company and the guards. All my requests were attended to and even when I had to make last minute changes to the location they were happy to accommodate unlike some other security companies I’ve dealt with. Definitely recommended.

I wish I could leave zero instead of a start, the owner Lucy is very unprofessional and not to mention their mobile guards are a hazard on the road it’s all because of their poor management don’t waste your time and money hire someone who knows what customer service is

After getting the assurance that they would provide guard services for access control to our small apartment complex, the general manager informed me they would not take on the assignment, just days before the start date. She stated 5 reasons for not taking on the assignment, all of which had very simple and convenient solutions. She left us in a lurch and made absolutely no effort to help us. We might be better off, if this is how they operate...
