It's been a long road here with ups and downs. We had negative experiences with two other consultants from another company and Marilene was able to reverse the situation. I used e-visa for immigration services in 2020/2021and I have mixed feelings about the experience. Overall, the service was decent, but there were a few issues that made the process more stressful than it needed to be.One major issue was that most of the information I received was in Portuguese, which I don't speak. I had to ask multiple times for the information to be sent in English, which was frustrating. Additionally, there were many mistakes on my application that I had to catch and correct myself. It seemed like the assistant assigned to me didn't take the time to fill out the forms carefully, so I had to double check everything to make sure it was correct.Another problem was that the representative who was supposed to speak Spanish didn't actually speak the language. This was frustrating and added to the stress of the process.Overall, I felt like e-visa saw me as a number rather than a customer. Once I paid for their services, I didn't feel like they were particularly invested in helping me. They were very attentive when it came to getting paid, but not as much when it came to refunds or other customer service issues.In the end, my papers were in order, but the process was much more stressful than it needed to be. If you choose to use e-visa, I recommend double checking all the information they put on your forms, and being prepared for a less than ideal customer service experience.

Leomir and I worked for more than 3 years on various applications such as student visas and my permanent residency. I would like to thank him, Juliana and the rest of the team from the bottom of my heart as they worked tirelessly to help me with the process and provide me with the best advices there is. Marilene Quintana and all her team at e- Visa Immigration went above and beyond too make my Pr application as strong as possible and i obtained My Permanent Residency in less than 1 year ,took about 11 months only.Marilene and her assistant Shohreh guided and helped me for many weeks and months on my Humanitarian and Compassion PR application and were very fast in there replies too any questions i had when i had difficulty filling out the application forms, i would highly recommended them!
