Three uber orders in a row they managed to miss items; most recently they opted to give me a box of rice with no sauce or tahini after I ordered a chicken on the rocks...$30+ dollars including delivery. Their solution was for me to call the franchise location owners to get approval for me to come down the NEXT day with the food proving it's missing the items I claim and they'll hand me the missing sauce and tahini...

Food is pretty good, rate it a solid 7.5/10. However, the stingy portion sizes and soggy fries will make it so I don’t return (at least to this location).

worst ever shawarma I ever had inGTA. The shawarma had few pieces of chicken and it was dry and cold and no sauce at all. Worst ever experience. Money wasted and time wasted. Quality is much better at other locations

Used to be my go to location, but lately food and service quality both has been going down, getting very dry chicken and putting very less garlic sauce. Prices are already increased, so why is osmows lowering quantity at the same time as well?! Very less chicken portions compared to before.

Excellent food and customer service. The owner is very cordial and food was ready very quick so service was very fast. This is the only locations we go to after trying at many other locations. highly recommend.

Everything was great, but VERY disappointed with the washroom , soooooo DIRTY , no toilet paper, looks like monthssss there's no deep cleaning on floors ,mirrors,toilet, please always be on top of this so important for us as customers and yourself, also front entrance floors and windows dirty, but at least the food is good and employees are nice.

Really disappointed. This is the third time I went to Osmos brisdale location and order Osmos special shawarma.They don’t put garlic sauce… may be few drops, if we request extra sauce they charge.Few pieces of dry tasteless chicken. They really went out of the way to make shawarma this much bad.I don’t recommend any one to go on this location. Better travel extra mile to go on different location.Highly not recommended.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I got a chicken on the rocks and there were pieces of steel wool in it. My stomach has been hurting since. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT TAKE HYGIENE SERIOUSLY.
