I went to upgrade my Fido phone. I was given a model number for an iPhone and sent to Best Buy. They didn’t want to do the transactions.

Krupa by far has been the most kind, efficient and helpful person in the role. She went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone while there were only few minutes left to close the store. She was so patient with my queries. In my honest opinion, this girl deserves a standing ovation. She'll be very successful in her life with these great values.

Excellent customer service. Krupa was very helpful.She explained me everything very clearly and gave me a very good deal. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I would have switched my service with Fido long time ago . Very happy with their service. All their representatives have very good customer service skills. They’re very well trained.

Terrible. Went in and signed up 2 phone, changing service plans from Freedom. When I went home to register, I couldn't do it as the information wasn't matching. Called Fido. They said the account hasn't been completed and that I would have to contact the store. So, I called the store, and now they are telling me I have to go back in again. If they had done their job correctly the first time, I would not have to go back. Waste of my time.
