Not many great burger places like this anymore, I loved the atmosphere when I walked in, getting greeted by the staff with big smiles. I was checked up on be multiple staff members too while waiting for the fresh food to get prepared, to ensure that I was taken care of. In regards to my meal, I got a cheeseburger, and you can tell it was made fresh. The fries I got were excellent too, perfect amount of crispness to them. The combo was priced quite fairly. Definitely will come back, great to see old school joints like this still doing a great job!

Girlfriend and i went on Saturday about 2 pm. Not to busy but was greeted at the door by a couple of the workers.I had the Burger and fry combo and she had Hotdog and fries.With ample toppings to choose from, to the hand made burger and LARGE amount of fries, you honestly couldn't have asked for better,G/F enjoyed her hotdog, though neither of us could finish our fries.Spoke with the owner a few minutes shared a fist bump and i promised to come back this spring/summer!A promise i tend to keep!

Great burger joint. Burgers taste fresh and flavourful. Great people working here. Friendly and fast service with great quality food. I will be returning and you wont be let down. Burger combo was about 22$ with tax

This place never never disappoints.I think this may have been one of the first things/buildings to ever grace Pickering.This place has THE best burgers. I always order the double banquet with a poutine.The last time I dined here was June 2021.I grabbed the double banquet with a poutine and my buddy ordered a cheese burger with onion rings.Easily getting a 5/5 starsI shall be back.

One of the best diners in Pickering! We got a Jr. Banquet combo… and OMG, their junior burger is bigger than we expected. The portion of the sides was big too! I loved the old-school atmosphere and enjoyed reading the news clippings on their walls. 5 stars to the friendliness of the staff too! Come visit them!!!

If you’re a dinner lover, as I am, I would HIGHLY recommend you to come and visit this place. The Classic old style dinner! We ordered the cheese burger combo (burger + fries + Soda), it’s was just perfect. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you get. We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.

I've eaten here 3 times since moving to Pickering. And I'm sorry to say that I've been disappointed with the food every time. The staff are superb. The service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But the food is subpar and overpriced. The burger meat has no flavour and depends on the toppings to make the burger taste good. The fries are greasy, not crispy and tasteless and the gravy is overly salty. The onion rings are huge but the batter had little to no flavour as well. On my most recent visit, I ordered the chicken fingers and they were too expensive and not worth it. Same problem, no flavour unless you add ketchup or plum sauce. For a place with the reputation of Massey's I expected a lot more. 2 stars for the food, 5 stars for the service.

Found this hidden gem with my family on our random outing. It is a bit pricey but it’s great vibes. We ordered way too much food. The helpings are pretty big so be mindful of that.This is what we ordered:Cheeseburger which my partner loved. It was super filling and she didn’t really eat anything else because she was so full.Big M burger which was basically the same just no cheese. It was reallyFilling and tasted great.Onion rings and they were ok. Really big portions. I couldn’t finish them. It was greasy but I guess that is expected.Fries were also big portion. They were also pretty good.Poutine which my daughter said was a bit salty and the gravy was cold.Overall the spot is cute, we went to the boardwalk after which was about a 10 min walk. The kids enjoyed it and you will too. Next time, I’d probably get an order of fries and ketchup and hand out. It’s super cute.We were so hungry that we didn’t remember to take pics of our burgers but here are the fries and onion rings.
