Phulero Dola Flowers
I received one of the most gorgeous bouquets ever with various stems of purple (my favourite colour) and distinctive greenery. It came arranged beautifully with each stem having its own water casing and a mix of open & tight flowers & today the irises opened up. Phulera Dola is definitely worth a five star rating.

I was not able to attend the grand opening of my friend’s new sushi shop nearby so I emailed two places on bank street to see if they are able to help me send some love. Phulero Dola called back very promptly and help me gather something with only a day’s notice. My friend is very happy with the arrangement and sent me these two pictures. Thank you!

despite them being closed, they still let me in to choose a plant for a gift that i needed that day. they wouldn’t let me tip but will definitely be back with cash and more business to give.

The staff member at this flower shop is really sweet and attentive, even towards customers who aren’t splurging on expensive bouquets. That might be the ultimate measure of customer service - they treat customers who are spending $8 as well as if they were spending $80.I was pleasantly surprised to find a bucket of single flowers, already in bloom, for $1 each. It was just what I needed for kids (school musical) that I was buying flowers for. The staff member took care in beautifully wrapping the small bouquets that I chose.

Service was fine and they delivered on time as promised. But the sunshine bouquet was a disapointment. 1 slightly faded daisy instead of 3 bright ones, The alstroemerias was light pink as opposed to bright purple and the waxflowers are still closed after 5 days. There was little thought as to how the greens were arranged. I will not be ordering from there again.

Great arrangements at an affordable price. Their selection might cost $10 more elsewhere and they have cute mini bouquets in tiny vases as well. Bouquet comes with complimentary cards and today I was even given a free apple! Will check out again I’m sure.

This is my favourite flower store - an oasis of tranquility and beauty! They carry a carefully curated selection of flowers and plants and, to accompany them, hand-made chocolates and nice cards. Even if you don’t buy any flowers, their kindness, excellent client service and attention to detail will make you want to come back. Say no more - I highly recommend this hidden gem of a store.

Use this florist often over years. I like their unique design work and friendly service. They seem to always hear my needs. Lastly I love the chocolate truffles on my in-store visits!!
