Cool 1 fixed a couple of nasty scrapes that had left dents and scratches in 4 panels. When we picked up the car, I noticed one tiny flaw. Their attitude was no problem

Carlos was wonderful. I brought my car with without an appointment, and he met with me and gave me a quote right away. He was able to do the body work and paint job on my car the same week. He did such a wonderful job. He also washed my car and did a quick touch up on another part of my car, for free. He was $600 less than the next quote I was given. I would highly recommend them.

I went here to get some body work done to my car. They did a great job in removing the rust around the wheel wells of my car, painting the hubs on the wheels, and touching up some light scratches. They did forget to repair the crack on my side mirror casing as I had requested and was told to leave the car for another day. I decided to forget about it and we were able to negotiate a better price for the entire job that was done, fine. What I was very disappointed about was when I went to pick up my car, the radio was on which I normally would turn off when I shut the engine, the felt material I put inside my cupholders to protect from liquid spills was taken out, and little things were moved around. When I drove it home and parked it to inspect the car more thoroughly, I noticed a nail embedded inside one of the tires and one of my fairly new rims had scratches on them. I was not pleased with this at all. Their staff was very neglectful in handling my car. Now, you be the judge.
